Micro-lipo needle devices and use thereof
Embodiments of the present invention disclose micro-lipo needle device and methods of making and using the same.
SKIN TREATMENT USING VARIABLE RF
A skin treatment device used for cellulite treatment, skin tightening or body contouring which combines negative pressure treatment and RF treatment, where the RF treatment uses variable frequencies during a treatment cycle.
Process and System of Matching Harvesting and Reinjection Cannulas for Use in Removal and Reinjection Procedures of Adipose Tissue, Other Tissues, and Fluids Commonly Called Liposuction
A process and system of compatible cannulas with features that are linked and intentionally related including the Interior Cross Sectional Area (302) of the cannulas, the area of the opening(s) of the cannulas and the width of the opening(s) of the cannulas (303). When used in a method where the appropriate harvesting cannula (100) is selected for use with a desired reinjection cannula (100), the cannula kit (FIG. 8) provides increased benefit for maintaining live tissue viability, and minimizes the time of the surgical procedure. The cannula (100) as a kit or set (FIG. 8) is used for harvesting and for reinjection, and serves in extracting, processing and transferring adipose tissue.
FAT CUTTER AND INTEGRATED MACHINE FOR PREPARATION OF IN VITRO FINE-PARTICLE FAT
A fat cutter and an integrated machine for preparation of in vitro fine-particle fat are provided. The fat cutter includes a fat inlet channel, a fat outlet channel, at least one set of blades disposed between an outlet of the fat inlet channel and an inlet of the fat outlet channel, and a housing that seals a space in which the outlet of the fat inlet channel, the inlet of the fat outlet channel, and the blades are located. A fat inlet of the fat inlet channel is connected to a large-diameter liposuction tube by a liposuction channel, and a fat outlet of the fat outlet channel is connected to a high-negative pressure device. The outlet of the fat inlet channel and the inlet of the fat outlet channel are oppositely provided, and a gap therebetween matches the thickness of the blades.
NANOFIBER-HYDROGEL COMPOSITES FOR CELL AND TISSUE DELIVERY
A composite material can include a gel and at least one nanostructure disposed within the gel. A method for healing a soft tissue defect can include applying a composite material to a soft tissue defect, wherein the composite material includes a gel and a nanostructure disposed within the gel. A method for manufacturing a composite material for use in healing soft tissue defects can include providing a gel and disposing nanofibers within the gel.
VESSEL AND DEVICE FOR RECOVERING AND PREPARING ADIPOSE TISSUES
Disclosed is a vessel for recovering adipose tissues including a body sealed by a lid connectable to a first pipe with a suction cannula, and a second pipe with a suction pump. A removable adapter connects a lid including two orifices, each closed by a stopper that can be pierced or is pre-pierced and self-sealing, and a vent opening with a filter and removable plug. The connection adapter includes two rigid piercing tubes projecting from under the adapter, each piercing tube in continuous fluid relationship with a corresponding nipple projecting from the adapter, each nipple connectable to a corresponding pipe. The two sealed orifices of the lid and the adapter and piercing tubes are arranged so, when the connection adapter is applied to the lid, each piercing tube pierces a corresponding stopper and brings each nipple into correspondence, in a sealed manner, with the internal volume of the vessel.
Bone Marrow Adipose Portion Isolation Device and Methods
The embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to systems, devices and methods for the fractionation, isolation, extraction and processing of the adipose supernatant layer of a bone marrow aspirate. In particular, the various embodiments relate to systems, devices, and methods of obtaining, utilizing, and processing the adipose supernatant layer of a bone marrow aspirate as a source of mesenchymal stem cells.
Method and apparatus for damage and removal of fat
Exemplary embodiments of method and apparatus are provided for damaging and/or removing portions of subcutaneous fatty tissue while leaving the overlying dermal layer of the skin substantially undamaged. One or more hollow needles can be provided that include an arrangement within the lumen configured to retain or damage portions of fatty tissue that enter the lumen. Properties of the needle can be selected such that the needle can be inserted into skin and pass through the dermal layer, allowing fatty tissue to enter the distal portion of the lumen as it is advanced further, and then leaving the dermis undamaged when withdrawn. Such exemplary apparatus can include a plurality of such needles, a reciprocating arrangement to mechanically advance and withdraw the one or more needles, and/or a vibrating arrangement.
Adjustable liposuction cannula
A device for removing fat from a body can include a pair of nested hollow members that each has at least one opening and an adjustment means for adjusting the orientation of the nested hollow members from a first configuration to a second configuration to change an amount of overlap between openings in the nested hollow members. The nested members can be deformable to change the shape of the openings.
Fluid waste canister
A fluid medical waste canister has interior surfaces that are exposed only to compressive stresses when a vacuum is applied, thereby eliminating the potential for environmental stress cracking. The canister is compatible with medical procedures that generate fluids having high fat/lipid content, such as liposuction procedures. The canister avoids certain stress concentration distributions that cause cracks to close onto themselves, which can cause one or more pieces of the canister wall to rupture into its interior volume. Because the canister is designed to avoid conditions that initiate canister implosion during liposuction procedures, low-cost polystyrene may be used as a waste canister material for such procedures.
