Article of footwear with tubular structures having tab portions
An article of footwear has a tubular structure. The tubular structure may include tab portions that extend away from a tunnel portion of the tubular structure. The tab portions may engage parts of the article of footwear. The tab portions may engage an upper or sole structure along a bite line. The tab portions may be attached to a heel counter, eyestay, or other structure on the article of footwear.
Multilayer polymer sheets
Multilayer polymer sheets are provided, as well as related methods, systems, and appliances.
Fasteners
A fastener comprising a polymer composition [composition (C)] comprising at least one polyaryletherketone polymer [(PAEK) polymer], and at least one nitride (NI) of an element having an electronegativity (ε) of from 1.3 to 2.5, as listed in <<Handbook of Chemistry and Physics>>, CRC Press, 64.sup.th edition, pages B-65 to B-158, based on the total weight of the composition (C).
Acoustically Effective and Dimensionally Stable Molded Part
Acoustically effective molded part which is dimensionally stable after pressure and heat treatment, consisting of a mechanically solidified staple fiber nonwoven fabric formed from fibers, namely from matrix fibers, bicomponent hotmelt adhesive fibers and thermoplastic adhesive fibers, as well as comprising an outer layer and a middle layer, wherein flattenings formed by adhesive fibers are located on the outer layers of the molded part, there are no flattenings in the middle layer of the molded part, the outer layer has a flattening degree according to the test method mentioned in the description of 25% to 75%, the outer layer has a thickness of 15 μm to 40 μm and the molded part has a specific flow resistance in the range from 1000 to 3000 Pas/m.
METHODS FOR MAKING INFLATABLE INTERIOR PANEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES
Methods for making inflatable interior panel arrangements for motor vehicles are provided. In one example, a method for making inflatable interior panel arrangement for a motor vehicle includes introducing a molding material into a molding tool that has tooling surfaces. The molding material is contacted with a first tooling surface of the tooling surfaces having a tooling surface temperature different than tooling surface tempe. The molding tool is closed such that the tooling surfaces define a substantially enclosed cavity in the molding tool. An inflatable interior panel is formed comprising rotating the molding tool to cover the tooling surfaces of the substantially enclosed cavity with the molding material. The inflatable interior panel comprises an inflatable bladder section and an outer panel section that is integrally coupled to the inflatable bladder section and that has a panel portion stiffness greater than a bladder portion stiffness of the inflatable bladder section.
MULTILAYER POLYMER SHEETS
Multilayer polymer sheets are provided, as well as related methods, systems, and appliances.
Article of footwear with tubular structures
An article of footwear has a tubular structure that may conform to various anatomical features of a foot. The tubular structure has a tunnel, and a tensile strand runs through the tunnel. Applying tension along the tensile strand may cause the tubular structure to conform more closely to one or more anatomical features. The geometry, or path, of the tubular structure on the article may be customized.
POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR DAMPING MATERIAL
A polyamide resin composition for a vibration-damping material, containing a polyamide resin, a plasticizer in an amount of from 7 to 35 parts by mass, and one or more members selected from the group consisting of plate-like fillers and acicular fillers in an amount of from 15 to 80 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of the polyamide resin. The polyamide resin composition of the present invention can be suitably used as a vibration-damping material for a material for audio equipment such as, for example, speakers, television, radio cassette players, headphones, audio components, or microphones, and manufactured articles such as electric appliances, transportation vehicles, construction buildings, and industrial equipment, or parts or housing thereof.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING ELASTOMERIC LOAD RINGS OF FACE SEALS TO PROVIDE IMPROVED LOAD TOLERANCE
A system for processing elastomeric load rings may include an elastomeric load ring defining an initial width. The system may also include a fixture assembly configured to receive the load ring between first and second clamp members. The second clamp member may be spaced apart from the first clamp member such that a gap is defined between the clamp members when the load ring defines the initial width. The fixture assembly may also include a load member configured to apply a compressive load through the first clamp member and/or the second clamp member such that the load ring is compressed between the clamp members. When the load ring is heated, a spring force of the load ring may be reduced as the load ring is compressed between the clamp members such that the initial width of the load ring is reduced to a final width.
TISSUE-MIMICKING HYDROGEL COMPOSITIONS FOR BIOFABRICATION
An extrudable hydrogel composition useful for making a three-dimensional organ construct includes a cross-linkable prepolymer, a post-deposition crosslinking group, optionally, an initiator that catalyzes the reaction between the prepolymer and said the crosslinking group; live cells (e.g., plant, animal, or microbial cells), optionally at least one one growth factor, and optionally water to balance. Methods of using the same and products so made are also described.
