The invention relates to: a device for curing resin-soaked lining sleeves with energy-rich radiation, comprising at least one radiation source for generating energy-rich radiation for curing a lining sleeve, at least one camera for capturing an image sequence of an environment of the device, and at least one input device, in particular provided separately from the device, wherein a capturing region and/or a display region of the camera is/can be adjusted by a user by means of the input device, and wherein an adjustment of the capturing region of the camera occurs via a movement of at least one part of the camera and/or occurs by means of an electronic image-processing device, which is designed and configured to adjust at least one camera parameter in accordance with an adjusted display region; and a use for a device of this type.
Pipe liner and method of making same
An eversion liner for lining a pipe includes an impermeable outer portion, inner and outer strength portions inside the impermeable outer portion, and a middle portion including at least one felt layer radially between the inner and outer strength portions. At least one of the inner and outer strength portions is formed from a unitary sheet of strength material that includes parallel chopped strands of fiber. The longitudinal edge margins of the sheet of strength material are positioned in overlapping engagement and joined together by joining structure. The parallel chopped fibers can be oriented transverse to the length of the liner. The joining structure can prevent reduction in a width of the overlapped edge margins as the liner expands during eversion.
Method and apparatus for producing a liner hose for pipes
Method and apparatus for producing a liner hose (30) for lining channels and pipes, comprising a circumferentially closed inner film hose (32) and at least on fibrous strip (34) wound onto the inner film hose (32) and impregnated with a curable reaction resin, wherein the inner film hose (32) is drawn in a winding apparatus (40) onto a support tube (8) which is mounted on one side and arranged substantially horizontally, at the free end (10) of which a winding mandrel (12) is arranged having a transport apparatus (16) which, during the circumferential winding of the fiber strips (34), transports the inner film hose (32) in a feed direction (36) to a stationary supporting surface (18) which is arranged at the free end (10) of the winding mandrel (12) and over which the liner hose (30) is conveyed further, wherein the inner film hose (32) is drawn over the free end (13) of the winding mandrel (12) onto the support tube (8) against the feed direction (36).
Method for Renovating the Interior of a Hollow Structure
A method for renovating the interior of a hollow structure such as a sewerage pit (1) is described. The method provides an access opening (16) to the hollow structure (1); provides a plurality of material sheets (3) comprising reinforcing fibers and a curable resin composition through the access opening (16) and against a wall (11a, 11b) of the hollow structure (1); and provides an inflatable pressure means (4a, 4b) within the hollow structure (1). The pressure means (4a, 4b) are inflated against the wall (11a, 11b). A curing means (6) is then provided within the hollow structure (1) for curing the resin composition; and the resin composition is cured to harden the material sheets and provide a renovated interior of the hollow structure (1).
FLEXIBLE FLUID TRANSPORT PIPE AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A flexible pipe designed to transport fluids that include, from the interior toward the exterior: an internal tubular sheath with an axis (A-A) defining an internal passage for fluid circulation; a composite reinforcing structure applied around the tubular sheath and connected to the tubular sheath; at least one sealing layer made of thermoplastic material applied around the composite reinforcing structure; at least one ply of tensile armor, not connected to the sealing layer, the at least one ply of tensile armor ply comprising at least one armor element wound around the sealing layer; the thickness of the sealing layer being less than 15 mm.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A PIPE SECTION OF A PIPELINE SYSTEM
In order to further improve a method and a device for rehabilitating a pipe section, wherein the rehabilitation device has at least one tube-shaped inliner for sealing damage to the pipe section and a heating element, in such a way that the rehabilitation may be carried out more easily, safer, and more economically, it is proposed to design the heating element as a tube-shaped and electric heating element and to arrange it essentially across an entire length of the inliner arranged within the pipe section, and to cure the inliner essentially along the entire length in one step by means of the tube-shaped electric heating element.
Extensible hose
The extensible hose (1) comprises a first elastically extensible tubular element (2) and a second tubular element (3) extendable and coaxial to said first tubular element (2). The second extendable tubular element (3) is inserted into said first elastically extensible tubular element (2). Herein proposed is also an extensible hose unit (G) comprising the hose (1) and at least one fitting (11) associable to at least one end of the hose (1), for connecting to liquid dispensing structure and/or a user device.
RUBBER COMPOSITE, PROCESSING METHOD, APPLICATIONS, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE APPLICATIONS
The present invention discloses a rubber composition, a processing method thereof, and rubber product reinforced with silica using the same. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and essential components, wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises, a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A100, and an EPM and an EPDM with a total content represented as B, in which 0B<100; and the essential components comprise 1-10 parts of a crosslinking agent and 15-80 parts of silica. The rubber composition can be used for producing high-voltage insulating sheath rubber, high-temperature resistant conveyor belt, waterproof coil, rubber particles for plastic track surface layer, rubber plug, rubber roller, inner tube, tire tread, tire sidewall, and inner rubber layer of air-conditioner hose.
PIPE LINER AND METHOD OF MAKING AND INSTALLING THE SAME
An eversion liner for lining a pipe includes an impermeable outer portion, inner and outer strength portions inside the impermeable outer portion, and a middle portion including at least one felt layer radially between the inner and outer strength portions. At least one of the inner and outer strength portions is formed from a unitary sheet of strength material that includes parallel chopped strands of fiber.
