A conditioning agent (typically for use in repairing a flaw in a glazing panel) is contained in a sealed container which is itself disposed internally of a flexible outer walled container. Pressure applied to the outer flexible walled container can cause release of the conditioning agent from the internal conditioning agent container. The conditioning agent preparation may comprise a hygroscopic solvent (such as acetone) combined with one or more primer additives to prime the surface of the glazing panel for repair.

POLYMER INTERLAYER WITH BLOCKED CORE LAYER
20250001737 · 2025-01-02 · ·

A polymer interlayer that resists formation of optical defects. The polymer interlayer comprises a first polymer layer, a second polymer layer, and a third polymer layer. The first polymer layer is positioned between the second polymer layer and the third polymer layer. The first polymer layer has a glass transition temperature of less than about 20 C. and the second and third polymer layers each have a glass transition temperature of more than about 25 C. The polymer interlayer has an edge. The first polymer layer is not present within a portion of the polymer interlayer. The portion of the polymer interlayer extends a distance X from the edge of the polymer interlayer, with the distance X being between 0.2 and 40 cm.

Screen provided with retroreflective microstructures

A retroreflective screen including a first film having a surface including a plurality of microrecesses, each microrecess having a bottom substantially parallel to the mean plane of the screen and first and second lateral walls substantially orthogonal to each other and substantially orthogonal to the bottom, the first and second lateral walls and the bottom of the microrecess joining at a same point and forming a trihedron.

The present disclosure relates to dyed polyester films whose color remains stable after prolonged exposure to UV radiation and to methods of making such dyed polyester films.

Appliance for repairs of local damage of laminated glasses, particularly glasses of cars and other transportation means
09688031 · 2017-06-27 ·

The invention relates to an appliance for repairs of local damage of laminated glasses consisting of a body with a base fitted with circumferential elastomer gasket for underpressure suction to the glass. The substance of the invention is that a closing member of an overflow valve for underpressure supply to a repair compartment is arranged so that when closing, it moves in the underpressure suction direction and pushed to a seat by generated pressure. The repair compartment is connected directly with the underpressure source via the overflow valve. A fixing compartment is connected, with the underpressure source independently. To interconnect underpressure/pressure, a lid with boreholes is used as well as a flat gasket with holes and a shape groove.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PLASTIC VEHICLE PART
