Fabric with Digitally Controlled Characteristics
Fabric may include a web of printed strands. Each printed strand may include multiple materials extending along a length of the strand. The materials may include at least first and second materials with one or more different characteristics such as color, melting temperature, modulus of elasticity, etc. The printed strands may have some strand segments in which the first material faces a first direction and the second material faces a second, opposite direction, whereas other strand segments may have the first material facing the second direction and the second material facing the first direction. By rotating the print head nozzle during printing, computing equipment can selectively adjust which regions of the fabric will look and feel like the first material and which regions of the fabric will look and feel like the second material.
Expandable Foam and Manufacturing Method thereof, and Speaker
The present disclosure provides a speaker including a chamber filled with the sound absorbing material. The chamber is also filled with expandable foam which is expandable by heating from a predetermined volume to a larger volume to limit the movement of the sound absorbing material in the chamber. The expandable foam is formed by compressing a foam impregnated with polymeric adhesive to the predetermined volume. The speaker provided by the present disclosure improves the reliability of the filled sound absorbing material.
Molding method of vehicle speaker grill
Disclosed is a molding method of a vehicle speaker grill. The disclosed molding method of a vehicle speaker grill includes a molding process of transferring a printed film to an injection molded product; and a post-process of processing the injection molded product to which the printed film is transferred, in which the molding process includes charging a printed film between a first mold and a second mold, mold closing the first mold and the second mold, injecting a resin between the printed film and a concave portion of the irregularity, and transferring a portion of the printed film, and mold opening the first mold and the second mold and extracting the injection molded product, and the post-process includes removing the transferred portion other than the upper surface of the injection molded product from the transferred printed film by injecting air into the upper surface of the extracted printed film.
