DEVICE HAVING FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT AND A PLASTIC HOUSING ELEMENT, AND METHOD FOR VERIFYING THE AUTHENTICITY OF SUCH A DEVICE
A functional component and having a partial plastic housing element with a plastic housing wall, the plastic housing wall having a device identification region integrated into the plastic housing wall and thus realizing a constituent part of the plastic housing wall. The device identification region comprising identification elements integrated into the plastic housing wall, those identification elements that realize part of a surface of the plastic housing wall realizing device identification elements, the device identification region being realized individually for the device by the device identification elements, such that the device can be unambiguously identified by means of the device identification region.
Composite plate structure and manufacturing method thereof
A composite plate structure includes a composite plate and a resin component. The composite plate includes a first fiber layer, a second fiber layer and a core layer. The second fiber layer has a first region, wherein an area of the second fiber layer is smaller than an area of the first fiber layer. The core layer is disposed between the first fiber layer and the second fiber layer, wherein the core layer is exposed at the first region. The resin component is connected to the composite plate, wherein the resin component is combined with the core layer at the first region. In addition, a manufacturing method of the composite plate is also provided.
Systems and methods for manufacturing header subassembly
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for assembling a subassembly for use in manufacturing an implantable device header. A method includes placing a first split web into a top platen, placing a second split web into a bottom platen, placing a conductor assembly and an antenna assembly in the bottom platen on top of the second split web, compressing the top and bottom platens together, heating the top and bottom platens until a predetermined temperature and a predetermined pressure are reached, such that first split web is fused to the second split web to form the subassembly, separating the top and bottom platens, and removing the formed subassembly.
Method of manufacturing elastomer articles having embedded electronics
A method of manufacturing a medical component includes preparing a first sheet of an elastomeric material, arranging at least one electronic device in the first sheet of elastomeric material to obtain an elastomeric preform, and arranging the elastomeric preform in a mold and molding the elastomeric preform therein to cure the elastomeric material and form the medical component having the at least one electronic device embedded therein.
Structural support member for a data port of a device housing
This disclosure describes features and methods of formation of a data port for a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device includes a device housing having a wall defining a data port opening. An anchoring feature is formed along a portion of the wall defining the data port opening. A structural support member is positioned within the data port opening and reinforces the data port opening. A polymer material fills a gap between the structural support member and a portion of the wall defining the data port opening. The polymer material engages the anchoring feature to retain the structural support member within the data port opening.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ANTIBACTERIAL MOBILE PHONE CASE USING TPU ANTIBACTERIAL MASTERBATCH
Proposed is a method of manufacturing an antibacterial mobile phone case using a TPU antibacterial masterbatch. The method includes: (a) preparing an antibacterial masterbatch by dispersing an antibacterial agent and an additive in thermoplastic polyurethane and then performing extrusion molding; (b) preparing an antibacterial masterbatch by dispersing an antibacterial agent and an additive in thermoplastic polyurethane and then performing extrusion molding; (c) dispersing and mixing the color masterbatch prepared in step (a) in thermoplastic polyurethane; (d) dispersing and mixing the antibacterial masterbatch prepared in step (b) in thermoplastic polyurethane; and (e) dispersing the material mixed in step (c) and the material mixed in step (d) and then performing injection molding.
Break-resistant electric remote control
A remote control for operating an electronic device comprising a plastic housing with a plastic plate segment with a control panel which has at least one control element, preferably button elements and/or at least one directional pad for operating an electronic device,
wherein the plastic plate segment is formed from a plastic material which has an Charpy impact strength of more than 6 kJ/m.sup.2, in particular of 9.0 kJ/m.sup.2+/−0.3 kJ/m.sup.2, wherein the plastic material is an isosorbide-based polymer.
Attachment part for connecting to a structural part
An attachment part for connecting to a structural part. The attachment part has an attachment part longitudinal axis, and a weld portion to be welded to the structural part by torsional ultrasonic welding. The weld portion has a contact surface for contact with a torsion sonotrode, and a weld surface for connecting to the structural part. The weld portion is delimited, at least portionally, by an inner vibration decoupling zone. The inner vibration decoupling zone, at least portionally, surrounds an inner portion of the attachment part.
Injection molding method for product with elastic connection sheet, and loudspeaker and electronic apparatus
An injection molding method for a product with a connection elastic sheet, a loudspeaker and an electronic device are provided. The method comprises: providing a blank material comprising at least one connection piece and a material connection strip, and each connection piece comprising an elastic arm portion and a wire portion; positioning the blank material as an insert in a first injection mold by means of the material connection strip; injecting a first injection plastic part into the first injection cavity to obtain a first injection product; processing the first injection product for bending up the elastic arm portion toward an outer surface of the first injection plastic part; placing the processed first injection product into a second injection cavity of a second injection mold, and sealing the elastic arm portion; and injecting a second injection plastic part into the second injection cavity.
Button assembly and method of manufacturing thereof
A method of manufacturing a button-enabled housing assembly includes pre-forming a composite button component or insert having an elastically flexible button membrane that is mounted on a rigid frame, and thereafter molding a housing over the button insert. The composite button insert is formed in a co-molding operation and can include a rigid island in the flexible button membrane for supporting a cosmetic keycap.
