Container and handle system
A container and handle system includes a container including a flange and a top load strength in a range of less than 25 lbf. A handle includes at least one radially oriented tab movable to define a first diameter being greater than a diameter of the flange and configured to facilitate translation over the flange. The at least one tab is biased to a second diameter that is less than the flange diameter such that the at least one tab engages the flange to fix the handle with the container. Method of forming composite handle
A method of forming an elongated composite element includes providing an elongated tubular member and establishing a plurality of holes through an outer wall of the elongated tubular member. A polymeric resin is provided that comprises a curable material that, when uncured, comprises a fluid material and that, when cured, comprises a substantially rigid material. The uncured polymeric resin is extruded along the elongated tubular member, whereby the polymeric resin flows at least partially through the holes and is disposed within the inner cavity and at an outer surface of the outer wall of the elongated tubular member. The polymeric resin is cured to form the composite element whereby the cured polymeric resin limits flexing of the at least one elongated tubular member and the elongated composite element.

Handle Grip and Process for Making Same
A handle grip and process for making such handle grip. The handle grip comprises a cording arranged in a spaced knotted configuration around and along a handle. The spaced knotted cording is first entirely covered with a permeable woven layer. The permeable woven layer is covered with a hardener that permeates the woven layer and secures the woven layer and cording to the handle in water-tight fashion.

A cushioned article includes a cage and a compressible material. The cage has at least one opening, an interior volume, and an outer surface. The at least one opening provides a passage from the outer surface to the interior volume. The compressible material extends through the at least one opening in the cage. A method for manufacturing a cushioned article includes providing a mold having at least one cavity, placing a cage within the mold, and injecting a compressible material into an interior of the cage. The cage includes at least one opening. A portion of the compressible material flows through the at least one opening in the cage and fills the at least one cavity of the mold. One or more shields may be connected to the cage before injection. The shields may be removed with the cage and heat treated with the shields still connected to the cage.
Film application apparatus
A film application apparatus includes a first base configured to couple a film material and a second base rotatably coupled to the first base. The first base defines an opening and two through holes on opposite side of the first base, the through holes communicate with the opening. The second base defines a receiving chamber and the receiving chamber is configured for accommodating a work piece. The film application apparatus further includes a pressing component inserted through the first base, the pressing component penetrating through the opening from the two through holes for pressing the film material against to a face of the work piece.
