Meal Bowl and a Production Process for The Meal Bowl
The present invention provides a production process for a meal bowl and a meal bowl, the production process being, in sequence, a first injection molding, a first printing, a second printing, and a second injection molding, and the meal bowl obtained has upper transparent shell, pattern layer, separation layer, and soft plastic layer, and the presence of upper transparent shell eliminates the possible presence of industrial pigments, bowl bottom pattern ink or heavy metals in colored glazes, which potential harm to humans or infants, and low food safety risk.
Methods for lowering melt viscosity and improving heat-sealability of polyester and for manufacturing a heat-sealed container or package
The invention relates to methods for lowering the melt viscosity and thereby improving heat-sealability of a polyester. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a heat-sealed container or package from fibrous-based, polyester-coated packaging material, and a method for heat-sealing polyester. The solution according to the invention is subjecting polyester to electron beam (EB) radiation. The lowered melt viscosity allows a lower heat-sealing temperature, and permits sealing of polyester to an uncoated fibrous surface. The preferred polyester for the invention is polylactide, as such or as blended with another polyester.
Paper cup and its manufacturing process
The present paper cup comprises a cup body, and the cup body comprises inner paper and outer paper. There are hollow bulges on the outer paper, and the outer paper forms a connecting part. The inner side of the connecting part bonds to the outer side of the inner paper, and the cup rim of the outer paper extends to the cup rim of the inner paper. In addition, the outer side of the cup rim of the inner paper bonds to the inner side of the outer paper, and both cup rims of the outer paper and the inner paper bend outward to form a double layered crimping. The manufacturing process for the present paper cup includes: paper preparation, rolling, composition, sheet cutting, forming, molding and etc.
INSULATED CONTAINER
A container is formed to include an interior region and a mouth opening into the interior region. The container includes a floor and a side wall coupled to the floor to define the interior region between the floor and the side wall
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM MOLDED ARTICLE, AND FOAM MOLDED ARTICLE
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a molded foam product which can reduce or prevent blisters and crinkles on the surface even in the case of manufacturing a molded product designed to have a small thickness, thereby giving a molded foam product having excellent heat insulation while avoiding an increase in the amounts of materials used. The method for manufacturing a molded foam product according to the present invention includes the steps of: injecting, during injection molding, a molten resin containing a supercritical fluid or a chemical foaming agent into a cavity formed in a mold that includes a movable portion; and moving the movable portion to increase the volume of the cavity before the molten resin injected into the cavity completely solidifies, the mold alternately including, in a direction from a resin injection port to the periphery of the cavity, first linear portions each giving a large gap size in the cavity and second linear portions each giving a small gap size in the cavity.
IMMOVABLE PET BOWL AND A METHOD OF FABRICATING THEREOF
A pet food bowl may include a body having a medial portion with an upper end defining a first cavity for receiving food or water, and a lower end opposite the upper end, and an outer wall extending from the upper end of the medial portion at a periphery of the upper end of the medial portion. The pet food bowl may include a flexible annular flange coupled to a distal end of the outer wall along an entire length of the outer wall. The body may have a metallic material, and the lower end of the medial portion and the outer wall may define a second cavity opposite the first cavity. The flexible annular flange may be configured to define a suction cup with the second cavity for adhering the body to a surface.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONTAINER FOR FOODS
The present invention provides a method for producing a container for foods which can suppress occurrences of wrinkles and blisters, and can produce a container for foods having depth and being excellent in heat insulating properties, with the use of a supercritical injection molding method. The method for producing the container for foods according to the present invention is a method for producing the container having depth, by injection molding a molten resin that contains a supercritical fluid and a resin composition, into a cavity in a metal mold, wherein the cavity includes a first region that forms an underside portion of the container for foods having depth, a second region that forms a curved side portion, and a third region that forms a lateral side portion, from a resin injection port toward a flow end, and wherein the mold surfaces that face the cavity of the second region and the third region have an arithmetic mean roughness of 0.5 m or larger and 10 m or smaller, and a ten-point mean roughness of 2 m or larger and 60 m or smaller.
Film securing apparatus and method
Systems, apparatuses, and methods to secure a film to a container are provided. An example sealing device utilizes film from a supply of film to seal a lid onto a container. Various sizes of containers are usable with some example sealing devices. Additional features, such as printing on the film and piercing the film for ventilation and/or insertion of a straw are contemplated. One or more markings along the film may be utilized for confirming that an approved film has been loaded into the sealing device. In response, various components or features of the sealing device may be appropriately enabled or disabled. The one or more markings may also be utilized to convey data to the sealing device regarding the installed film, such as for improved operation thereof.
PACKAGING CONTAINER
Provided is a packaging container for preventing sealing of packaging containers such that a continuous operation, such as an automatic insertion operation, etc., is able to be smoothly performed in a sequential product packaging process, with easy separation of packaging containers that are vertically stacked.
Single Serve Beverage Container
A container including a side wall having a hollow interior, an outwardly extending flange positioned above an upper end of the side wall, a lower end of the side wall having a first wall positioned thereon, a second wall extending upwardly from the first wall into the hollow interior of the side wall, a third wall extending inwardly and downwardly from the second wall, and a base extending inwardly from the third wall. A method of thermoforming the beverage container using a thermoforming operation is also provided.
