The present invention relates to a rotomolded article, comprising at least one metallocene-catalyzed polyethylene resin comprising at least two metallocene-catalyzed polyethylene fractions A and B, wherein the polyethylene resin comprises: at least 25% to at most 55% by weight of polyethylene fraction A based on the total weight of the polyethylene resin, wherein fraction A has a melt index MI2 of at least 25.0 g/10 min as determined according to ISO 1133, condition D, at 190° C. and under a load of 2.16 kg, and a density at least 0.005 g/cm.sup.3 higher than the density of the polyethylene resin; and wherein the polyethylene resin has a density of at least 0.938 g/cm.sup.3 to at most 0.950 g/cm.sup.3 as measured according to ASTM D-1505 at 23° C.; a melt index MI2 of at least 1.0 g/10 min to at most 25.0 g/10 min as determined according to ISO 1133, condition D, at 190° C. and under a load of 2.16 kg.

The present invention also relates to a process for preparing said rotomolded article.

A linerless composite tank for a waste or water system on board an aerospace vehicle includes a monolithic tank body having a first composite material co-cured with a second composite material. The first composite material includes a first resin and the second composite material includes a second resin that is different from the first resin. The first composite material forms an innermost surface of the monolithic tank body defining a tank chamber of the monolithic tank body. A method of manufacturing the linerless composite tank includes providing a mold having a desired interior shape of the monolithic tank, applying the first composite material to the mold, applying the second composite material to the mold, and co-curing the first composite material with the second composite material to form the monolithic composite tank.

A cylinder portion of an innerliner is thermally deformed to conform to an inner circumferential portion of a cylinder-like portion, and an inner circumferential portion of a dome portion of the innerliner is attached to a skirt portion by an adhesive. A lower mold includes two sections inserted inside the innerliner from the inner side of a mouthpiece in a folded state. The two sections are opened inside the innerliner and a holding member holds the two sections in an open state. The lower mold can be disposed in the innerliner sealed from the inner side of the mouthpiece, and abutment of an outer abutting surface of an upper mold against a first annular surface and abutment of an inner abutting surface of the lower mold against a second annular surface can be performed.

A composite container includes a barrel, a bottom cover, and a top cover. The barrel is formed by thermoforming of a rolled-up first plate composed of laminated prepregs. The bottom cover is formed by thermoforming of a second plate composed of laminated prepregs. The top cover is formed by thermoforming of a third plate composed of laminated prepregs. The bottom cover includes a first bottom and a first flange. The top cover includes a second bottom and a second flange. The second bottom is formed with a through hole. The bottom cover and the top cover are arranged at two ends of the barrel respectively, and the first flange and the second flange are positioned to the peripheral wall of the barrel by thermoforming.
