THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE ARTICLE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic composite article and a method of making the same. The method of preparing a thermoplastic composite article provided by the present invention comprises the steps of: a) coating a coating composition on one surface of a thermoplastic composite substrate; and b) allowing the substrate coated with the coating composition to be thermoformed in a forming mold to obtain the thermoplastic composite article. Compared with the prior art, the method of preparing a thermoplastic composite article provided by the present invention reduces the production steps such as overmolding and multiple spraying, decreases the warpage risk of the thermoplastic composite article, and simplifies the production process, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency and yield rate, in addition, it is also environmentally friendly.
Resin case
Strength of a resin case is improved. A continuous fiber sheet includes a bottom surface portion which forms a bottom surface of the resin case, an erected wall portion which is erected from the bottom surface portion and forms a peripheral wall of the resin case, and a stepped portion in which the continuous fiber sheet connecting the bottom surface portion and the erected wall portion to each other is bent like steps along the peripheral wall. A resin member includes a rib portion which is bonded to the stepped portion and extends from the stepped portion toward an outer edge of the resin case.

PROCESS FOR FORMING PLASTIC CORRUGATED CONTAINER WITH ULTRASONICALLY FORMED SCORE LINES
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.

The invention is directed to a foamed injection moulded article comprising a foam composition obtained by foaming high density polyethylene having a quotient of melt strength and apparent viscosity >2 cN/K.Math.Pa.Math.s wherein the melt strength is determined as described in ISO 16790:2005 and the apparent viscosity is determined as described in ISO 11443:2014.
Thermoform packaging machine and method of forming-in a film web into cardboard elements
A thermoform packaging machine comprising a forming station. The forming station comprises at least one forming tool lower part, the forming tool lower part may be movable transversely to an operating direction of the thermoform packaging machine. The forming tool lower part may comprise at least one reception unit with one or a plurality of troughs for receiving cardboard elements. At a forming position the forming tool lower parts are in contact with the forming tool upper parts such that the first film web may be formed-in into the forming tool lower parts. Further, the first film web may be formed-in into the cardboard elements during the forming process and, in the case of a skin film, an adhering or an adhesive connection may be established between the skin film and the inner surfaces of the cardboard elements.
SELECTIVE THERMOFORMING OF INJECTION MOLDED PARTS
A method for manufacturing an object is disclosed. The method includes the step of obtaining a preform of the object, with the preform having a first panel having a planar portion and at least one second panel. The second panel has an orientation which is different from that of the first panel. The planar portion of the first panel of the preform is thermoformed so as to have a protruding element. The thermoforming is done in a selective manner such that the at least one second panel is not thermoformed. The invention is also directed to a thermoforming device for performing the thermoforming.

A cooler with a two-color lid includes a cooler body and a lid designed to cover a cavity of the cooler body. The lid includes an outer section and an inner section. The lid is a blow-molded lid, where a color of the outer section is different from a color of the inner section.
Case for a laptop computer
A case for a laptop computer, the case comprising upper and lower shells which are entirely separate from one another. Each shell comprises an outer layer of a first injection moulded polymer and an inner liner of a second injection moulded polymer softer than the first. Each shell defines a cavity having a back surface and upstanding side walls, the cavity being arranged to receive, in use, one half of the laptop computer. The second polymer comprises a plurality of inwardly extending clips which protrude across the cavity from an edge of the side wall furthest from the back surface to, in use, retain the shell on the laptop half.

The invention furthermore provides a method for obtaining the complex, a method for manufacturing a package, and a method for packaging an item.
