CYLINDER HEAD COVER
A cylinder head cover for covering a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine having at least one first sealing surface via which the cylinder head cover can be tightly connected to an associated second sealing surface on the cylinder head, the cylinder head cover may include at least one first reference surface configured for unambiguous position-fixing on an associated second reference surface of the cylinder head. The at least one first reference surface and the at least one first sealing surface may be formed separately from one another.
Electrical Insulation System of an Electric Motor and Production Method for Said Electrical Insulation System
Various embodiments include an electrical insulation system for an electric motor comprising: a laminated core having slots and wire windings; an electrical surface insulation in the slots surrounding individual wires with a potting compound; and an absorbent material between the individual wires and within the wire winding bounded by surface insulation material. The absorbent material took up liquid impregnation resin during the manufacturing process. The liquid impregnation resin has cured and now forms the potting compound.
Method for producing stacked core
To suppress positional deviations of magnetic members of a stacked core and prevent damage thereto when the stacked core is attached to a case. A method for producing a stacked core including a stack of foil-shaped magnetic members for fixation to a case with a fastening bolt includes preparing magnetic members each having formed therein a positioning opening, and a tubular collar adapted to be fastened to the case with the fastening bolt inserted therethrough, the tubular collar having a first receiving face for a head of the fastening bolt and a second receiving face for the case, stacking the magnetic members while arranging the collar within the opening, impregnating gaps between the stacked magnetic members as well as gaps between the openings of the magnetic members and the outer peripheral face of the collar with resin, and integrating the magnetic members with the collar by curing the resin.
THERMALLY STABILIZED COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to heat-stabilized polyamide 66-based compositions containing reinforcing materials based on at least one semiaromatic polyamide, at least one phenolic antioxidant and at least one polyhydric alcohol, to molding materials producible therefrom and in turn to injection-molded, blow-molded or extruded articles of manufacture producible therefrom.
Multidirectional artificial muscles from nylon
A bending actuator and methods for making and using the same. A beam of anisotropic polymer material, such as nylon, characterized by a greater degree of molecular orientation along a longitudinal axis than transverse to the longitudinal axis, has a heating element in thermal contact with at least one of a pair of opposing faces parallel to the longitudinal axis of the beam. The heating element in certain embodiments provides for photothermal activation of the bending actuator.
Welding device and welding method
The welding chip heats and melts the first welded part and the second welded part, and includes a projected part, a first extension part, and a second extension part. The projected part has a tubular shape with a bottom. One end of the tubular shape extending in a predetermined direction opens and the other end of the tubular shape is closed. The projected part is pushed into the first welded part and the second welded part in the predetermined direction from the opening one end of the tubular shape. The first extension part has a shape extending from a tube outer surface of the projected part and extending annularly around the predetermined direction. The second extension part has a shape extending from the first extension part to the opening one end of the projected part in the predetermined direction and extending annularly around the predetermined direction.
SEALING STRUCTURE FOR COVER MADE OF RESIN
A sealing structure for a front cover of an engine includes a front cover made of resin of an engine in which a through-hole, into which a boss part of a torsional damper is to be inserted, is provided, and a sealing apparatus to seal between the through-hole of the front cover and the shaft part. The sealing apparatus includes a support ring that is made of resin and has an annular shape, and an elastic body part that is made of an elastic material, has an annular shape and is attached to the support ring. The elastic body part has an annular seal lip that contacts the shaft part such that the shaft part is able to slide, and the support ring is bonded to the front cover.
Gear box, reduction gear equipped with gear box, motor unit, mold for manufacturing gear box, and manufacturing method of gear box
A gear box includes a gear box body, and a terminal which is integrated with the gear box body. The gear box body includes a storage portion which stores a gear, a motor insertion portion, recessed in an attachment surface of a motor, and a connector connection portion on the same side as the motor insertion portion with respect to a rotation center of the gear and is open in a direction different from the motor insertion portion. The terminal includes the connector terminal which is exposed to the inside of the connector connection portion, a motor feeding portion which is exposed to the inside of the motor insertion portion, a connecting portion which is in the gear box body and connects the connector terminal and the motor feeding portion, and a fixing tab extending from the connecting portion and exposed to the inside of the motor insertion portion.
Sheet-like member forming method and apparatus
An insulating sheet is pushed into a first mold portion, and formed in a first shape along a shape of the first mold portion. The insulating sheet of the first shape inside the first mold portion is pushed into the second mold, and is deformed by a front mold portion, a front guide portion, and a bent convex portion of the front mold, and a rear mold portion and a rear guide portion of the rear mold, and is formed in a second shape. The insulating sheet of the second shape is inclined such that the front end portion overlaps the rear end portion in a first direction, and the width in a front-rear direction becomes narrower toward the front and the rear end portions. The insulating sheet inserted in the second mold and formed in the second shape is inserted into a slot of a stator core.
Resin filling method and resin filling device for magnet embedded core
A resin filling method for a magnet embedded core includes: a fixing step of sandwiching the laminated iron core at axial ends thereof between a first mold and a second mold provided to face each other; and a resin injecting step of injecting a resin into the magnet insertion hole from a resin injecting portion provided in the first mold or the second mold, wherein in the resin injecting step, an end portion of the resin injecting portion is inserted into the magnet insertion hole beyond an axial end surface of the permanent magnet inserted in the magnet insertion hole.
