The method includes arranging at least a first component in a mold, arranging a second component or a second component precursor adjacent to the first component in the mold, introducing a sacrificial material into the mold, introducing at least one polymeric fluid into the mold, solidifying the polymeric fluid, and removing the sacrificial material from the mold to form a void space so that the first component, the polymeric composite material, and the void space define the vehicle assembly.

The fixture includes a disc defining a plurality of slots, an outer shield disposed on the disc radially outward of the slots of the disc, and an inner shield disposed on the disc radially inward of the slots on the disc. The disc is disposed on the stator and the outer and inner shields are configured to direct varnish through the slots of the disc and into the slots of the stator.

Generator injection tool

A generator injection tool is provided. The generator injection tool injects an adhesive into a generator that includes a rotor positioned within a stator having a stator vent, the stator and rotor having a gap therebetween. The generator injection tool includes a first carriage sized to fit within the gap, a tube, a first motor, a controller, and an adhesive source. An end of the tube is movable between a first position in which the end is outside of the stator vent and a second position within the stator vent. The first motor is operable to move the tube between the first position and the second position. The controller is operable to selectively activate the first motor to position the end of the tube within the stator vent. The adhesive source moves the adhesive through the tube end to inject a portion of the adhesive into the stator vent.

The polyamide contains dicarboxylic acid units and diamine units. This polyamide further contains triamine units in an amount of 0.05 to 1 mol % with respect to the total dicarboxylic acid units.

Also, the partition wall is formed by integrating the resin and a thermal insulation material having thermal conductivity lower than thermal conductivity of air so that the resin includes the thermal insulation material. Further, the partition wall is formed by insert-molding the thermal insulation material with the resin. Further, the resin having the electric insulation properties is thermoplastic resin, and a thermal insulation raw material of the thermal insulation material is silica xerogel.
