Production method of mold having recessed pattern in recessed step portion
A production method of a mold having a recessed pattern includes: a plate precursor preparation step of preparing a plate precursor having a pedestal on which a protruding pattern is disposed; a resin plate preparation step of preparing a thermoplastic resin plate having a recessed step portion; and a resin plate precursor production step of producing a thermoplastic resin plate precursor. The plate precursor comprises a substrate having a larger area than the pedestal in a plan view on a side opposite to a surface of the pedestal on which the protruding pattern is disposed. An edge portion where a side surface of the pedestal and the substrate are in contact with each other has a through-hole penetrating the substrate along the side surface of the pedestal.
MICRONEEDLE ARRAYS FORMED FROM POLYMER FILMS
An active agent can be administered transdermally to a patient by using a transdermal patch that has microneedles that are compositionally homogenous with a base layer. The transdermal patch can contain an active agent that can be delivered to a skin surface of a subject when the patch is applied.
ANTI-WRINKLE COMPOSITION, ANTI-WRINKLE MICRONEEDLE PATCH AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Provided are an anti-wrinkle composition, an anti-wrinkle microneedle patch and a preparation method thereof. The anti-wrinkle microneedle patch comprises a base and multiple needles, the base has an upper surface, and the needles are formed on the upper surface; wherein, a material of each needle comprises a low-molecular hyaluronic acid, a modified hyaluronic acid and a cross-linked hyaluronic acid. A weight ratio of the modified hyaluronic acid to the low-molecular hyaluronic acid is 0.1 to 4, and a weight ratio of the modified hyaluronic acid to the cross-linked hyaluronic acid is less than 30. Accordingly, the anti-wrinkle microneedle patch has effects of moisturizing the skin, elevating the thickness and the strength of the skin, and smoothing and reducing the wrinkles.
SOLID MICRONEEDLE COMPRISING DRUG AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a solid microneedle structure prepared using a water-insoluble polymer and a technique for manufacturing the same, wherein the technique can control the drug release rate of the microneedle: a rapid-release type or a sustained release type, the drug included in the microneedle may be various cosmetic or pharmaceutical active ingredients, and the microneedle can have an appropriate release rate suitable for the drug by the method of the invention.
Medical syringe, gasket to be used for syringe, and gasket production method
A laminated gasket (13) to be used for a medical syringe is provided, which includes a main body (14) made of an elastic material, and a film (15) provided on a surface of the main body (14). The gasket (13) has a circumferential surface portion (17) to be brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface (16) of a syringe barrel (11) of the syringe. The gasket (13) further includes a projection (22) provided on a surface portion of the film (15) present in the circumferential surface portion (17) as extending circumferentially of the gasket. The projection (22) has a height of not less than 15 μm and not greater than 55 μm and a width of not less than 30 μm and not greater than 75 μm. With this arrangement, the laminated gasket is excellent in sealability.
NEEDLE SHIELD GRIP DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
A needle guard grip device may include a body extending from a first end to a second end along a central longitudinal axis of the body. The body may include a plurality of ribs extending perpendicularly to the central longitudinal axis. The plurality of ribs may include a first set of longitudinally spaced ribs disposed on a first side of the central longitudinal axis, and a second set of longitudinally spaced ribs disposed on a second side of the central longitudinal axis that is opposite of the first side. Moving along the central longitudinal axis, ribs of the first set of longitudinally spaced ribs may alternate with ribs of the second set of longitudinally spaced ribs.
Method for Producing a Mold Element for Producing Micro-Arrays, and Mold Element
The invention relates to a method for producing a mold element for producing micro-arrays. First, a planar base element, in particular in the form of a film, is provided. Recesses are made in, in particular embossed into, an upper face of the element. The recesses are opened on a lower face of the base element in particular by using laser radiation. The invention also relates in particular to a mold element produced by means of this method, which mold element has recesses like the base element. Each of the recesses has openings in the lower face of the base element.
Anti-hair loss and hair growth integrated core-shell microneedle patch
The present invention discloses a nano-armored single cell product, comprising a liposome and probiotics encapsulated by the liposome, wherein the probiotics are fermented to produce gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) that alleviates the activation of an inflammatory response in substantia nigra inducedin a MPTP induced PD model, thus mitigating an inflammatory injury to dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra and having a neuroprotective effect; encapsulation of the probiotics by the liposome can protect the probiotics from strong acids and digestive enzymes in gastric acid.
MICRO-ELECTROPORATION BASED DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM, METHODS FOR USE AND FABRICATION THEREOF
The present invention provides an electricity-driven, micro-electroporation based drug delivery system, in particular, an electrically conductive array of microprotrusions containing intended substances or molecules to be delivered, which is to the benefit of a recipient receiving vaccination transcutaneously in the absence of any assistive mechanical or actuation means as in conventional injection methods, so as to lower safety risks, improve immunization efficiency, and also induce immune response of the recipient more effectively at a relatively lower dose of vaccines.
Material dispense tips and methods for forming the same
A dispense tip constructed and arranged to communicate with a material dispensing pump comprises an elongated neck and a molded base having a first portion and a second portion opposite the first portion. The neck extends from the first portion of the base. The second portion is constructed and arranged to abut an outlet surface of the pump. An outermost region of the second portion of the base includes a compressible fluid-tight surface that compliantly conforms to the outlet surface when the dispense tip is mounted to the pump.
