Electronically Actuated Formed Bath Product Press
The preferred embodiment of the invention comprises an electronically actuated press designed to compress materials in association with processes for manufacturing compressed soaps and bath products. An embodiment of the invention utilizes a DC electric linear actuator. The electronically actuated press produces less noise than pneumatic actuators and air compressors, require no operator adjustment to the pneumatic pressure settings and thereby provide an easier to use tool for the creation of bath bomb related products.
Shaping Device, in Particular a Spindle Press, and Method for Shaping Workpieces
A forming device, (e.g., a spindle press), can include a processing head, having a processing tool that is guided along a movement axis for the forming processing a workpiece, and a processing region, located opposite the processing head, a processing station configured for the forming processing of the workpiece, and a rotary table having an axis of rotation parallel to the direction of movement and workpiece receptacles that are arranged, with respect to the axis of rotation, in an offset manner with respect to one another in the circumferential direction. The rotary table is configured such that each of the workpiece receptacles is transferable into at least one first working position located within the processing region and into at least one, second working position at least partially laterally outside a cross-sectional area of the processing head in axial projection with respect to the axis of movement.
Slide motion control apparatus for mechanical press
A slide motion control apparatus for a mechanical press comprising: a slide which is disposed so as to be relatively vertically movable with respect to a driven body to which a drive force is transmitted through a con rod of the mechanical press; a relative position commander that outputs a relative position command indicating a relative position of the slide with respect to the driven body; a relative position detector that detects a relative position of the slide with respect to the driven body, and outputs a relative position detecting signal indicating the detected relative position; a servomotor; a drive mechanism that relatively moves the slide with respect to the driven body by a drive force of the servomotor; and a controller that controls the servomotor based on a relative position command signal output from the relative position commander, and the relative position detecting signal output from the relative position detector.
Press for making a cutting tool green body having a helical flute, and method for making a cutting tool green body having a helical flute
A press for making a cutting tool green body having at least one helical flute includes a die having an opening with a helical protrusion and a punch having at least one helical groove having a shape that matches a shape of the helical protrusion. An electrical punch drive system is arranged to simultaneously rotate the punch, relative to a longitudinal axis of the opening in the die, and axially advance the punch into and along a direction of the longitudinal axis of the opening in the die. A method for making a cutting tool green body having at least one helical flute is also disclosed.
Pressing apparatus
A pressing apparatus is disclosed. The pressing apparatus includes: a static pressing plate; a movable pressing plate opposing the static pressing plate and including a plurality of movable press-blocks; a pressure sensor provided in each respective movable press-blocks; a plurality of drive units provided corresponding to the plurality of movable press-blocks, each drive unit being connected with one movable press-block for driving the corresponding movable press-block; a control unit electrically connected with each drive unit and each pressure sensor, the control unit being configured to compare the detected pressure value from each pressure sensor with a predefined pressure value, and adjust the pressure value between the corresponding movable press-block and the static pressing plate by means of the corresponding drive unit based on the comparison result.
Method for setting up and operating a press
A press comprises a press frame, at least one upper punch plate with at least one upper press punch held on it and/or at least one lower punch plate with at least one lower press punch held on it. A die plate has at least one receiver for powdered material to be pressed by the press punches. At least two upper drives are mechanically coupled in the operation of the press, engaging at the upper punch plate for moving the upper press punch in the vertical direction and/or at least two lower drives mechanically coupled in the operation of the press, engaging on the lower punch plate and/or the die plate for moving the lower press punch and/or the die plate in the vertical direction. A method for setting up and operating the press for producing a pellet made of the powdered material, in particular metal powder, is described.

DRIVE SYSTEM FOR A JUICER
Embodiments related to juicing systems including juicers for extracting juice from food matter contained within juicer cartridges are described.
Press for producing a pellet from powdered material
The invention relates to a press for producing a pellet from powdered material, comprising a press frame and a press unit arranged in the press frame with at least one upper press punch and/or at least one lower press punch, as well as at least one receptacle for the powdered material to be pressed by the upper and/or lower press punch, at least two upper drive units, each with one upper electric drive motor for moving the upper press punch in a vertical direction.
Press device
A press device includes a slide configured to hold a first die, a holding portion configured to hold a second die, a reciprocating mechanism that causes the slide to reciprocate in a stroke direction in which the first die and the second die move closer to or away from each other, and a pressurizing mechanism that holds the second die while pressurizing the second die toward the first die with a stroke shorter than that of the reciprocating mechanism in a state where the first die and the second die are moved close to each other by the reciprocating mechanism.
