COMPACTOR FOR BULK MATERIAL
Compactor (100) suitable for compacting and wrapping bulk material and suitable for transportation on public roads. The compactor comprises a bunker (200) for reception of the bulk material to be compacted. The bunker (200) exhibits a front end adjacent to a baler unit (300), and a rear end facing the supply of bulk material. The compactor (100) exhibits a longitudinal axis (L) coinciding with the transport direction of the compactor (100) on a road. The bunker (200) comprises two substantially mirror-symmetric foldable first (201A) and second (201B) bunker section mounted to a frame (207) in a pivotal manner in a vertical direction about a horizontal axis extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (L). An end plate (205A; 205B) is mounted pivotal at the rear of the bunker (200) serving as anchoring means and bulk collector means. The first and second bunker sections (201A; 201B) are mounted mutually displaced to the frame (207) to enable one bunker section (201B) to be inserted into the other bunker section (201A) to reduce width and volume before transport of the compactor (100) on public roads.
System for monitoring a container
A container having a compactor and bin for waste is disclosed permitting on-premises and remote monitoring of the system and collection is disclosed. The system can also detect non-complaint materials placed therein and act thereon. Methods are further disclosed for inventorying identification tags for tracking packages, merchandise and tags disposed of.
TRASH COMPACTOR ASSEMBLY
A trash compactor assembly includes a receptacle including a base connected to at least one wall having an upper edge. A retaining chamber is defined between the wall(s) and the upper edge. A compaction plate is disposed within the retaining chamber. The compaction plate is configured to be manually moved in an upward direction from the base towards the upper edge to compact trash within the retaining chamber.
COMPACTION RECEPTACLE
A compaction capable receptacle may include a housing with a trash receiving opening, a compaction unit arranged within the housing, and a trash bin arranged within the housing and articulable between a compaction position within the housing and a trash receiving position within the housing, the compaction position aligning the trash bin with a compaction stroke of the compaction unit and the trash receiving position aligning a portion of the trash bin with the trash receiving opening.
BIASED RETAINER ASSEMBLY FOR WASTE CONTAINER
A retainer assembly for a waste container opening defining a longitudinal axis passing through a center of the opening includes a framework defining a first framework opening, and a pivotable finger assembly including a retainer portion, the retainer portion pivotably adjacent the first framework opening. The finger assembly includes a biasing element for urging the retainer portion toward the longitudinal axis. The retainer portion is movable against the biasing element away from the longitudinal axis to enable placement of waste materials into the waste container, and movable toward the longitudinal axis after waste materials have been placed into the waste container to impede movement of waste materials through the first framework opening out of the waste container.
Waste container monitoring system
A container having a compactor and bin for waste is disclosed permitting on-premises and remote monitoring of the system and collection is disclosed. The system can also detect non-complaint materials placed therein and act thereon. Methods are further disclosed for inventorying identification tags for tracking packages, merchandise and tags disposed of.
UNIVERSAL TRASH COMPACTING MECHANISM FOR TRASH RECEPTACLES
In an example embodiment, a universal compacting mechanism can be selectively engaged with an existing trash receptacle of any size or shape. The universal compacting mechanism comprises a housing assembly, a motor, a power source, a plate assembly, and an attachment mechanism. The housing assembly includes a threaded rod extending along at least part of the longitudinal axis of the housing assembly. The motor engages with the threaded rod for rotating the threaded rod about the longitudinal axis of the threaded rod. The power source is electrically connected to the motor for providing power to the motor. The plate assembly includes a compaction plate. The plate assembly is engaged with the threaded rod such that rotation of the threaded rod causes a raising or lowering of the plate assembly. The attachment mechanism selectively engages the trash compactor to an existing trash receptacle of any size or shape.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING MATERIAL, AND WASTE CONTAINER/SEPARATING DEVICE
An apparatus for processing material in connection with a pneumatic material conveying system includes a waste container/separating device, into which material is configured to be conducted from a conveying pipe of the pneumatic material conveying system via an inlet aperture and which is configured to be connected to means for achieving a partial vacuum. The apparatus further includes a press device/compactor device, which is arranged to act on the material (w) conducted into the waste container/separating device, via at least one aperture formed in the container, and that at least one wall that is transverse with respect to the input direction of the material is arranged in the container space of the waste container/separating device, which wall is configured to guide the material into the operating range in the container space of the compressor of the press device/compactor device.
WASTE MATERIAL COMPACTOR
A waste material compaction device includes an auger cone; a support means located inside the auger cone and fitted to a container; an auger flight arranged on an outer surface of the auger cone; a first bearing located adjacent the connection of a base skirt of the auger cone and a second bearing positioned significantly inside the auger cone; and an electric motor and a gearbox for providing drive to the auger cone and auger flight such that waste material placed in the container is compacted in a predetermined direction.
Apparatus for processing material, and waste container/separating device
Apparatus for processing material in a pneumatic material conveying system, which apparatus includes a waste container/separating device, into which material is configured to be conducted from a conveying pipe of the pneumatic material conveying system via an inlet aperture and which is configured to be connected to a device for achieving a partial vacuum. The apparatus further includes a press device/compactor device, which is arranged to act on the material (w) conducted into the waste container/separating device, via at least one aperture formed in the container, and that at least one wall that is transverse with respect to the input direction of the material is arranged in the container space of the waste container/separating device, which wall is configured to guide the material into the operating range in the container space of the compression device of the press device/compactor device. A waste container/separating device is provided.
