LIFT AND TILT DEVICE, BALER EQUIPPED THEREWITH AND METHOD OF ITS OPERATION
In that the lifting and tilting device (22)—which can be used as a separate assembly or integrated in or on a baler (1) for lifting up and tilting out a collector trolley (SW)—consists of only one long pivot arm (30) and a tilting part (31) tiltably attached thereto, the tilting movement of which is controlled by a link guide (33), a very stable, structurally simple and purely mechanical device can be achieved, as well as a baler (1) equipped therewith.
Packaging device and packaging process
A controllable packaging device (5) and a method relate to packaging compressed bales (6) on a baling press (2) with a bale-fixing element (11) and a multi-component bale envelope (7) including an upper part (8), a lower part (9) and optionally a sheath-type side part (10). The packaging device includes a fixing device (23) applying the bale-fixing element (11), a supply device (25) supplying the upper part and the lower part and optionally an envelope device (24) applying the side part to the compressed bales. The fixing device and optionally the envelope device are arranged on a transport apparatus (19) that travels along the compressed bale in an advancing direction (22). The supply device is arranged on the transport apparatus and supplies the upper part and the lower part with a supply movement oriented transversely to the advancing direction, from the outside into the baling press.
DUST SOLIDIFICATION APPARATUS
A dust solidification apparatus that homogenizes dust components having a simple structure and capable of performing dust solidification in a stable manner includes: a storage tank that stores dust; a forming member within the storage tank, the forming member having a forming hole; and a pressurizing rod configured to freely advance and withdraw with respect to the inside of the forming hole, wherein the rod is made to advance into the forming hole to solidify dust filled therein, thereby obtaining a solidified substance, the forming hole has entry and discharge sections for the pressurizing rod and is in communication with the storage tank, and a stirring passage is provided in the outside of the discharge section to guide dust pushed out from the discharge section by the entry of the pressurizing rod into the entry section in a direction different from the discharge direction and to stir the dust.
BALING ASSEMBLY
A baling assembly can include a housing defining an interior, an access panel coupled to the housing and providing selective access to the interior, a baling chamber within the housing, and a ram adjacent the baling chamber. The ram includes a movable wall and a driving mechanism operably coupled to the movable wall for compression of material within the baling chamber.
COMPACTION PRESS
Compaction press, which comprises: a support structure provided with an abutment surface; a first compaction lid, which is provided with a first flat compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a first delimitation edge of the support structure; a second compaction lid, which is provided with a second curved compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a second delimitation edge of the support structure. The abutment surface of the support structure and the first and second compaction surfaces of the first and second compaction arms delimit a pressing chamber, in which a mass of material to be compacted is intended to be deposited. In addition, the second compaction lid comprises a first arm and a second arm which are rotatably constrained to each other.
Device and method for pressing organic material out of waste
A press for processing organic waste has two plungers. Preferably, the plungers have rectangular cross sections. The two plungers are mounted in the press such that they are perpendicular to each other and have partially overlapping stokes. The press has walls that partially enclose a pressing chamber. The pressing chamber is as wide as one plunger on one side, and as wide as the other plunger on another side. In operation, one of the two plungers is used to optionally load organic waste into the pressing chamber, to partially enclose the pressing chamber while the waste is compressed, and to eject compressed waste from the pressing chamber. The other plunger is used to compress waste in the pressing chamber whereby a pressate is produced through perforations in a wall of the pressing chamber. The other plunger may also partially enclose the pressing chamber while compressed waste is ejected.
Compaction press
Compaction press includes a support structure provided with an abutment surface; a first compaction lid, which is provided with a first flat compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a first delimitation edge of the support structure; a second compaction lid, which is provided with a second curved compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a second delimitation edge of the support structure. The abutment surface of the support structure and the first and second compaction surfaces of the first and second compaction arms delimit a pressing chamber, in which a mass of material to be compacted is intended to be deposited. In addition, the second compaction lid includes a first arm and a second arm which are rotatably constrained to each other.
Filling device and filling method
A filling device (3) and a filling method for fibrous material (6) on a bale press (1). The filling device (3) is arranged between a fiber supply (2) and a pressing device (5) of the bale press and comprises a collecting chamber (9) for the fibrous material (6) with a supply opening (16) as well as a discharge opening (17) with a controllable closure (18). A driven slide (25) of an integrated precompression device (4) is movable in a reversing manner between the openings (16, 17), which precompresses the collected fibrous material in one or more stages in the collection chamber (9) before collected fibrous material is transferred to the pressing device.
Bale Press
A bale compression device for receiving and compressing a bale of material. The device includes a press configured to compress the bale of material to a required compressed dimension, a binding applicator configured to apply a plurality of bindings around the bale of material prior to the bale being compressed, and a connector for connecting ends of each of the bindings to form a plurality of complete loops around the perimeter of the bale so that the plurality of loops act to hold the bale in a compressed state. The binding applicator acts to withdraw excess binding as the press compresses the bale, prior to the connector connecting the ends of each of the bindings, such that the complete loops are formed when the bale reaches its required compressed dimension.
Agricultural crop baler with oscillating side walls
In one embodiment, an agricultural crop baler comprising: a supporting frame; a pressing chamber configured to receive a stuffer, the stuffer compressing the crop into the pressing chamber; and at least one positionally adjustable side wall forming part of the pressing chamber, the side wall being supported by the supporting frame and configured to vibrate upon movement of the stuffer.
