Eccentric second connecting rod subassembly
A connection rod coupling assembly includes a settable shape mounting second component having a lateral, primary axis and a bearing assembly including a bearing assembly body. The bearing assembly body includes a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a center axis. The bearing assembly body is coupled to the settable shape mounting second component in a non-aligned configuration. That is, the bearing assembly body center axis is offset from the settable shape mounting second component primary axis. Thus, the position of the bearing assembly body center axis is adjustable by repositioning the settable shape mounting second component relative to a settable shape mounting first component on a swing lever. The adjustment of the bearing assembly body, in turn, adjusts the range of the ram assembly and the ram assembly body.
System and method for the extraction of rosin oil
A system and method for the extraction of a material, wherein the system is configured for use with a press assembly and the extraction system includes a press ram, a pressure vessel for holding the material to be extracted, a filter, bottom hot plate and a cooling plate. The extraction system a novel system and method for improved marijuana oil and rosin extraction and manufacturing.
WRITING INSTRUMENT COMPRESSING DEVICE
A writing instrument compressing device includes a base having an underside mounted to multiple raiser pieces to have the base separate from a carrying surface by a distance in a vertical direction. The base includes an elongate hole that is delimited by two opposite sidewalls each including tooth ridges and the tooth troughs alternately arranged. A handle rod is pivoted to an end of the base to drive reciprocal movement of a pusher. A retainer is reciprocally movable along the elongate hole of the base and functions to clamp and fix a writing instrument body or a tool. The retainer is provided, on a bottom thereof, with a screw rod extending through the elongate hole of the base. A tightening assembly includes a nut and a rotation bar horizontally penetrating through the nut and having two ends selectively moved close to the nut.
MOTION GENERATION DEVICE, PRESS DEVICE, MOTION GENERATION METHOD, AND MOTION GENERATION PROGRAM
A motion generation device generates motion of a slide in a press device configured to perform press molding by driving the slide up and down using a servo motor as a drive source. The motion generation device includes an acquisition component and a second motion generator. The acquisition component acquires data related to a change in a load exerted on the slide in press molding using a first motion. The second motion generator generates a second motion from the first motion based on the change in the load.
ADJUSTABLE DIE FOR A PRESS BRAKE
Disclosed is a die for a press brake including a base, a first half portion and a second half portion of a mold, each including a plurality of plates parallel to one another and alternated in a longitudinal direction of the die, the die including a translation device to move the half portions away from and toward each other, the device including a plurality of guides obtained on the plates, a shaft slidingly engaged with the guides, a first pinion and a second pinion mounted on the shaft and at least a first rack and at least a second rack respectively on a first plate of the first half portion and on a second plate of the second half portion and meshed respectively with the first and second pinion.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCING PRESSWARE
A system for forming a pressware product from a web of a roll of material includes a positive mold, a negative mold, a heating element, an actuator, a force sensor, and a control system. The positive mold forms a top surface of the pressware product. The negative mold forms a bottom surface of the pressware product. The heating element is coupled to the positive mold or the negative mold. The actuator shifts the positive mold or the negative mold to cut and form the pressware product in a single stroke. The force sensor detects the forming force applied by the actuator, and the control system directs the actuator to adjust the forming force.

Unitary body swing lever
A swing lever assembly includes a unitary body. By providing a unitary body for the swing lever assembly the number of elements is substantially reduced which solves the problems stated above. In an exemplary embodiment, the swing lever assembly includes a limited number of components. Further, the swing lever assembly includes a limited number of installation components.
Adjustable joining machine
An adjustable joining machine is provided. In another aspect, a workpiece-joining apparatus includes a punch and/or die with an automatically adjustable joining position. A further aspect employs a workpiece-clinching or piercing apparatus including an automatically adjustable punch and/or die. A method of clinching or piercing workpiece sheets includes changing a position of a punch and/or die based on a sensed workpiece characteristic.
Press with drop away connecting arm and stroke adjustment and counter weight drive
A thermoforming trim press has one or more connecting arms for driving a movable platen, each arm having a pivotal connection between two adjacent sections of each connecting arm which is normally locked during normal press operation whereby the movable platen is able to move further back from a normal retracted position to increase the available clearance when changing or maintaining tools mounted on the movable platen. The pivoting ability of the connecting arm sections also simplifies adjusting the stroke of the press. A counterweight may be driven by the crank pins to match the press stroke adjustments and to thereby correspond the movement of the counterweight to the movement of the movable platen.
