A hot press device presses one or more objects to be pressed at a predetermined temperature, and includes: a roller around which a roll on which the objects to be pressed are disposed at predetermined intervals is wound; hot plates which are disposed to face one surface of the objects to be pressed while corresponding to the roll supplied from the roller; press units which are disposed to push the hot plates on the objects to be pressed; and a pitch changing unit which moves the hot plates in a direction in which the roll is moved or in a direction opposite to a direction in which the roll is moved, in accordance with a distance between the objects to be pressed.

A press machine includes a controller including a displacement calculator being adapted to calculate a slide displacement with a slide being kept at a waiting position displaced from a top dead center by an amount corresponding to a predetermined crank angle based on a measured value of a pre-adjustment die height provided for a height adjustment of the slide, a desired value of a post-adjustment die height, the crank angle, a distance between an upper surface of a bolster and a crank center of an eccentric portion, a crank radius of the eccentric portion, and a distance between a lower surface of the slide and a point center, thereby associating the slide displacement with a difference between the pre-adjustment die height and the post-adjustment die height.
Precision blanking press
The invention relates to a precision blanking press including a top, a base and tie rods and columns that operatively connect the top and the base. The precision blanking press has a press frame with a high stiffness, low mass and simple design, the press allowing the transfer of higher cutting forces during fine blanking while safely eliminating axial play between adjustment elements and at the same time improving the operational safety.

The invention relates to a powder press having preferably a plurality of stamps (11) which are movable for a transverse press in a feed housing (10), said stamps partially delimiting a hollow chamber of a matrix in the feed housing (10) and being able to be coupled to a press device (40) by one connector piece each. An adjustable positioning means, which is formed from a wedge arrangement (20) having a stop surface (22) and placed crosswise to the moving direction of the stamp (11) is allocated to the respective stamp (11) for determining the pressing position thereof. Said wedge arrangement (20) comprises at least one wedge (21), which is adjustable crosswise to the moving direction of the stamp (11) and has the stop surface (22), which contacts a stop surface (11) at the stamp (11). Such a wedge arrangement can achieve very accurate pressing positions of the stamp, first of all, and extremely stable positioning of the stamp to be pressed with high pressure, second of all.
TRASH COMPACTOR AND TRASH BIN EQUIPPED WITH A TRASH COMPACTOR
A trash compactor for a trash bin with an openable cover includes a frame conforming to and fastenable on the openable cover. The frame has an acuuator of a telescopic construction and a one-way clutch allowing extension in a trash compaction direction. A pusher mounted on an end of the actuator is moveable for compacting trash. A lever arm connected to the actuator operates the actuator to telescopically extend the pusher in the compacting direction.
Tablet press machine
A rotary tablet press machine has a compression turret rotating about a rotation axis and including a die table with dies, lower and upper punches associated in pairs with respective dies, a dosing station for filling dosing cavities formed by the dies closed at the bottom by the lower punches with a product, and a cam device for moving the lower punches inside the respective dies and obtaining settled filling depth. The cam device includes first and second filling cams provided respectively with first and second channels to guide follower ends of the lower punches along a filling path. The machine also has first and second adjustment elements respectively supporting the first and second filling cams. The machine further has a first driving device for moving with respect to compression turret and along a first direction simultaneously the first and second adjustment elements.
C-FRAME PRESS
A C-frame press having a press frame, a first ram device, an opposed second ram device, and a drive device for moving at least one of the ram devices in a pressing direction. The press frame has first and second bending bars connected to each other by a tension column and a pressure column which together define a frame plane extending parallel to the pressing direction. The tension column is connected to each of the first and second bending bars by a bearing which is torque-free about an axis which extends perpendicularly to the frame plane. The first and second ram devices are each supported on the press frame by a bearing which is torque-free about an axis which extends perpendicularly to the frame plane. At least the at least one movable ram device is guided in a linear guide which extends parallel to the pressing direction.

PRECISION BLANKING PRESS
The invention relates to a precision blanking press comprising a top, a base and tie rods and columns that connect the top and the base non-positively.
The object of the invention is to provide a precision blanking press characterized by a press frame with a high stiffness, low mass and simple design, the press allowing the transfer of higher cutting forces during fine blanking while safely eliminating the axial play between the adjustment elements and at the same time improving the operational safety.
This object is achieved by providing that the knife-edged ring cylinder (32) is designed as a one-piece core member (16), a separate stripping/pushing cylinder (31) with stripping/pushing piston (35) in line with the stroke axis (HU) being disposed on the core member, and that an ejector piston (76) is associated with the counterstay piston (75) in the main piston (2), wherein the stripping/pushing piston (35) and the ejector piston (76) each have associated working chambers (36a, 36b; 79) that are independent of one another and are mutually connected hydraulically, and at least two diametrically opposite pre-loading pistons (59) and piston rods (60) disposed at the top (4) are associated with the stripping/pushing cylinder/core member (31/16), each of said pre-loading pistons being guided in a pre-loading cylinder chamber (58a, 58b) in the top (4) perpendicular to, and in line with, an adjusting nut (25), the cylinder being pressurized with fluid from the hydraulic system (39), wherein the piston rods (60) are connected together by way of an adjusting cross member (62) such that an adjustment motion of the pre-loading piston and the piston rods (59, 60) applies an external vertical adjusting force (F) to the stripping/pushing cylinder/core member (31/16), locking or releasing the internal threading (24) of the adjusting nut (25) at the external threading (23) of the core member (16) axially, and the main piston (2) comprises protruding discus-shaped working surfaces (68a, 68b) that subdivide working chambers (69a, 69b) disposed one atop the other vertically with minimal travel (H) in the cylinder chamber (65) of the base (5).
