MOLDING DIE AND MOLDING METHOD
The molding die of the invention includes: a first die having a through-hole; a second die inserted into the through-hole and capable of moving relative to the first die; and a first punch and a second punch each insertable into the through-hole. A cavity surrounded by the second die, the first punch, and the second punch to compression-mold a molding object is formed in the through-hole. An undercut molding part is formed in the surface of the second die facing the cavity. The second die is formed so as to be splittable into two or more split bodies.
Molding die and manufacturing method for the same
A molding die according to the present disclosure includes a tubular portion and a base portion that closes an end portion of the tubular portion at one side. A cut level difference R?c.sub.1 in a roughness curve of an inner wall surface of the tubular portion is smaller than a cut level difference R?c.sub.2 in a roughness curve of an inner wall bottom portion of the base portion. The cut level difference represents a difference between a cut level at a load length ratio of 25% in a roughness curve and a cut level at a load length ratio of 75% in the roughness curve.
ADJUSTABLE MECHANICAL STOP FOR A FOOD BAKING APPARATUS
The invention relates to a system and method for improvingly controlling the production of food products from granular raw materials such as for instance cereal rice formed into crackers. More in particular, the invention relates to an adjustable mechanical stop mechanism for better controlling the distance between the dies where pressure-baking of food occurs, and to provide the possibility of adjustable distance between the dies in case of multiple compressions of the food material, for which different die spacings can then be installed, leading to very repeatable and unchanging food processing conditions and thus an improved and much more constant quality of end product such as a cracker.
STACKING DIE
A stacking die comprises a stacked multiple stacking plates and a side plate(s) which fixes the multiple stacking plates in a stacked state, wherein at least one or more processing object(s) is retained in a space(s) formed between the multiple stacking plates. Further, surfaces where the stacking plates and the side plate(s) abut each other are preferably tapered so that they form tapered shapes in a direction opposite to the approach direction of the side plate(s).
EMBOSSED SHEET AND METHOD OF MAKING AND USING SAME
A embossed sheet embossed with projections creating an intermittent support surface for food. The embossed sheet may be inserted into a food package after cooking the food on which the cooked food is to be supported. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be placed onto or into a pan or directly onto an oven rack to support the food while cooking and/or after cooking. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be formed into a food package. The embossed sheet may be prepared using a one-pass or two pass process using a platen press or a roll-to-roll press or a multi-stage one pass machine.
TABLETING DEVICE
Tableting device including a rotary turret with a rotation axis including: an upper receptacle body (IO) provided with reciprocating upper punches, a lower receptacle body provided with reciprocating lower punches, a die table, die inserts; wherein the die table is provided with receiving recesses in which the die inserts are arranged; wherein the die inserts and the receiving recesses have a complementary form; wherein each die insert comprises at least one circular cylindrical outer surface with a die insert outer diameter (N), said surface acing an inner surface of the corresponding receiving recess, wherein each die insert includes a pair of working bores in which a pair of directly adjacent upper punches respectively reciprocate in use, and in which a corresponding pair of directly adjacent lower punches respectively reciprocate in use.
PRESS-TOOL
A press-tool for manufacturing a cutting insert green body includes a first and a second punch movable along a first pressing axis. A first and a second die member are movable towards an end position. The first and the second die members are configured to form, in the end position, a die cavity. A core extends between and through the die cavity when the first and the second die member are in the end position. At least a first core portion is arranged to form the core, wherein the at least first core portion is arranged in the first or the second die member such that the at least first core portion is moved together with the first or the second die member.
Mould, method for producing a green compact and use of the mould
A mold for producing a green compact using powder metallurgy processes has an upper punch and a lower punch which are movable along a common press axis and a die body with a charging chute for receiving powder material. The die body has an upper region in which the upper punch is movably guided along the press axis in the charging chute, and a lower region in which the lower punch is movably guided along the press axis in the charging chute. Two cross slides realize a forming region which determines the lateral outside contour of the green compact, and are arranged on the die body so as to be displaceable in a direction which deviates from the press axis. The two cross slides only move into contact with one another when the two cross slides are arranged in their respective end position.
Embossed insert and food container
A embossed sheet embossed with projections creating an intermittent support surface for food. The embossed sheet may be inserted into a food package after cooking the food on which the cooked food is to be supported. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be placed onto or into a pan or directly onto an oven rack to support the food while cooking and/or after cooking. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be formed into a food package. The embossed sheet may be prepared using a one-pass or two pass process using a platen press or a roll-to-roll press or a multi-stage one pass machine.
MOLDED PRODUCT DISCHARGE DEVICE
A molded product discharge device accompanies a compression-molding machine that molds a molded product. The molded product discharge device is configured to discharge the molded product from the compression-molding machine. The molded product discharge device includes a rotator configured to be horizontally rotatable, a retainer facing the rotator with a predetermined distance therebetween, a plurality of projections extending toward the retainer from a surface opposite to the retainer, in an outer circumferential portion of the rotator, aligned circumferentially around a rotary axis of the rotator at an interval larger than an external size of the molded product, and configured to capture the molded product, and a guide disposed adjacent to the outer circumferential portion of the rotator and closing a gap between the adjacent projections from outside.
