A pressing mechanism is formed between the at least one main cylinder assembly and the at least one fixed die table. The support frame is in an annular or ring-like shape and is configured for fixing the at least one main cylinder assembly and the at least one fixed die table. The main cylinder assembly and the fixed die table can be fixed by the support frame, which forms a ring-like structure, can be operated in one, two or multiple sets in parallel, and all can realize pressing manufacture. The oil hydraulic press has less components, reduced material consumption and low manufacturing cost.

The support block is arranged farther outward than the pressing points, on a line that extends, in an arrangement direction of the pressing points, from a reference point on an end portion of the load control region.

REWORK PRESS ASSEMBLY FOR COMPONENT REWORK SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME

A rework press assembly for reworking a dimensionally non-conformant component is provided. The rework press assembly includes a frame, a die coupled to the frame and configured to contact a first portion of the component, and a ram. The ram is coupled to the frame opposite the die with respect to an axis of the rework press assembly and is configured to contact a second portion of the component. The ram and the die define a component cavity therebetween. At least one of the die and the ram has a first length, relative to the axis, in response to the rework press assembly being at a first thermal condition. The at least one of the die and the ram has a second length, relative to the axis, in response to the rework press assembly being at a second thermal condition, and the second length is greater than the first length.

The graphic arts support assembly and the plate assembly are configured for removable association with a lift mechanism including a shiftable lift element. The support assembly includes a graphic arts magnetic support structure operable to removably support the graphic arts plate assembly. The magnetic support structure includes a support plate, a magnet fixed relative to the plate, and an alignment element projecting from the support plate. The support assembly is operable to be mounted on the lift mechanism so that the lift element is aligned with a lift opening of the support plate, with the lift element shiftable through the lift opening to locate at least part of the graphic arts plate assembly away from the support plate.

A motor drive assembly is in the drive housing and comprises a turret motor rotationally driving a drive shaft extending downward from the turret motor, the drive shaft being mounted for axial movement along a vertical axis in the turret motor. A drive shaft control is operable to controllably raise and lower the drive shaft. A turret assembly is mounted to the press housing below the drive housing and about the vertical axis so that the pressure roll assemblies engage the turret assembly, the drive shaft engaging the turret assembly to rotate the turret assembly responsive to the drive shaft control lowering the drive shaft.
