Bonding device
A bonding device includes a flexible platen disposed between an upper platen assembly (9) and a transmission device and within a vacuum chamber (6). The flexible platen can expand to apply a downward pressure to the upper platen assembly (9) connected thereto. Under the effect of the pressure, the upper platen assembly (9) slowly moves downward until the upper platen assembly (9) itself and a lower platen assembly (7) respectively come into tight contact with objects to be bonded. After that, the flexible platen continues exerting the downward pressure on the upper platen assembly (9). In this way, the pressure applied by the upper platen assembly (9) to the objects to be bonded is uniform. Meanwhile, because of slow expansion of the flexible platen, the uniform pressure is applied slowly by the upper platen assembly (9).

A single or multi-level hot press including at least one heat plate; at least one press plate; and at least one press pad arranged between the heat plate (8) and the press plate, wherein the at least one press pad a carrier material provided as a metal fabric and a pad layer made from a FKM rubber material, wherein the at least one press pad is introduced into the single or multi-level hot press in a condition where the pad layer includes a partially cross linked or a partially vulcanized FKM rubber material, and wherein a final cross linking or final vulcanization of the at least one press pad is performed in the single or multi-level hot press under pressure and temperature between the heat plate and the press plate so that the press pad is able to adapt to properties of the press arrangement.

The present disclosure provides a hot-pressing buffer, a display device, a hot-pressing process, and a method for reducing the X-line bright lines. The hot-pressing buffer includes: a thermally conductive material layer including a non-particulate thermally conductive material made of a non-particulate thermally conductive material; and a buffer material layer wrapped around an outer surface of the non-particulate thermally conductive material layer.

A thread made from extruded silicone rubber that is cross-linked after the extrusion and woven into a fabric having warp threads and/or weft threads and a coating including cross-linked silicone rubber, the thread or the coating including a fluorinated rubber portion. The invention also relates to a method for producing such threads and woven fabrics. The object of the invention is to improve thermal and chemical resistance. To this end the fluorinated rubber part is produced only by surface fluorination of the cross-linked thread or the coating by means of a fluorinated gas.

A laminating apparatus and method of fabricating a display device are provided. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the laminating apparatus includes a first jig, which is configured to fix a window having curved surfaces, and a second jig, which includes a pressure pad facing the first jig. The pressure pad includes a top surface, which is convex toward the first jig, and depressed portions, which are inwardly depressed from side surfaces, respectively.
PRESS FORM DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRESS-FORMED ARTICLES
To reduce warping of vertical wall portions without causing buckling during pressing. Press-forming into a hat cross-sectional shape having one linear vertical wall portion and the other curved vertical wall portion and not having a flange portion is performed. A punch and a pad sandwiching a top sheet portion therebetween, bending blades, and stoppers are provided. The punch is supported by a first cushion component. The bending blades each have an upper die component and a lower die component disposed facing each other in the press direction with an interval (D) equal to a set compression amount in the range of 2% or more and 6% or less of the heights of the vertical wall portions and a second cushion component interposed between the upper die component and the lower die component, maintaining the interval (D), and contractible in the press direction. The cushion pressure of the second cushion component is lower than the cushion pressure of the first cushion component and has such cushion pressure that the second cushion component does not contract during the bend-forming of the vertical wall portions. The clearance between the side surface of the punch and the bending blades is 90% or more of the sheet thickness of a material to be processed and less than the sheet thickness.
