Press pad and method for producing the same
A press pad for a hydraulic heating press arrangement, the press pad including a fabric, wherein the fabric is formed by warp threads in a warp direction and weft threads in a weft direction, wherein the warp threads and the weft threads are woven together to form the fabric, and wherein functional threads run in the warp direction or in the weft direction and are connected with the fabric so that a thickness of the fabric in an effective portion of the functional threads differs from a thickness of the fabric outside of the effective portion of the functional threads.
DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE STRUCTURES
A device for producing a composite part includes a first platen structure, a second platen structure, a first plate structure, a second plate structure, a first press pad, and a second press pad. The first platen structure, the first plate structure, and the first press pad form a first assembly. The second platen structure, the second plate structure, and the second press pad form a second assembly. A cavity for receiving a laminate is arranged between the first assembly and the second assembly, the cavity including a wall structure arranged to surround the laminate. The wall structure includes an insulating material. A process for the device is also described.
Press-forming tool with tolerance compensation
The present invention relates to a press-forming tool having a top die and a bottom die, which can be moved toward one another, forming a forming cavity between the top die and the bottom die when the press-forming tool is closed, wherein a die clamping plate is arranged on a press ram and/or on a press table, wherein a top die or bottom die, which can be moved relative to the die clamping plate, is supported on said plate while incorporating at least one resilient adjusting element.
CUSHION PIN DEVICE FOR PRESS
A cushion pin device for a press having a cushion pad in which a blank holder is seated on the top thereof outside a lower mold, and locks a blank holder to an upper mold while pressurizing an edge of a molded panel, includes: a cushion support disposed below the cushion pad, a cushion cylinder connected with a lower part of the cushion pad to move up or down the cushion pad from the cushion support, a linear scale mounted between the cushion pad and the cushion support to measure the position of the cushion pad, a main pressure control unit that keeps internal pressure of each cushion cylinder similarly, and a sub pressure control unit that is interconnected with the main pressure control unit so as to control the locking position of the cushion pad when each cushion cylinder operates.
Press pad for a hydraulic heat press, and method for producing it
A press pad for a hydraulic single- or multi-stage heating press, the press pad comprising: a support fabric advantageously including metal threads; and an elastomeric material application made from a crosslinked rubber material, characterized in that the elastomeric material application is applied by a 3-D printing method to the support fabric by a printing arrangement, wherein the application is performed as a function of predetermined digitized data of a 3-D topography of the desired elastomeric material application.
Manual kitchen tool for forming baking liner
A simple multi-piece manual tool intended for use in a home or small kitchen wherein the tool is used to form baking liner material into a baking liner having flat bottom and fluted sidewalls around the perimeter. The general perimeter of the formed article may be traditional circular as for cupcakes or alternatively a rectangle or some other geometric or non-geometric shape. This baking liner material may be pre-coated with food release agent or colored or have a custom pre-printed pattern or image. Once the baking liner material is formed, the user puts it into a suitable baking pan to be filled with batter or material to be baked or may alternatively use the formed liner as a single serve container.
Die cushion-cum-slide cushion device and method of controlling the same
A die cushion-cum-slide cushion device selectively opens and closes a flow channel between a hydraulic pump/motor driven by a servo motor, and hydraulic cylinders that generate slide cushion force, or a flow channel between the hydraulic pump/motor, and hydraulic cylinders that generate die cushion force, by switching a selector valve. Before applying the slide cushion force is started, the servo motor is controlled to allow the hydraulic cylinders to generate required slide cushion force through a check valve. While the slide cushion force is applied, hydraulic circuits, each of which includes a logic valve, control pressure of the hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic circuits, each of which includes the servo motor, control die cushion pressure of the hydraulic cylinders.
Sash garnish press system and method
A sash garnish press for affixing a door garnish that includes an adhesive to a vertical sash of a vehicle door is disclosed. The sash garnish press includes a press head and a support head that are positioned on opposite sides of a vertical sash and door garnish of a vehicle door. The press head includes at least one compression actuator that applies compression to the door garnish, thereby compressing the adhesive between the door garnish and the vertical sash, resulting in the attachment of the door garnish to the vertical sash.
BONDING DEVICE
A bonding device includes a flexible platen disposed between an upper platen assembly (9) and a transmission device and within a vacuum chamber (6). The flexible platen can expand to apply a downward pressure to the upper platen assembly (9) connected thereto. Under the effect of the pressure, the upper platen assembly (9) slowly moves downward until the upper platen assembly (9) itself and a lower platen assembly (7) respectively come into tight contact with objects to be bonded. After that, the flexible platen continues exerting the downward pressure on the upper platen assembly (9). In this way, the pressure applied by the upper platen assembly (9) to the objects to be bonded is uniform. Meanwhile, because of slow expansion of the flexible platen, the uniform pressure is applied slowly by the upper platen assembly (9).
Hot press cushioning material and manufacturing method thereof
A hot press cushioning material (10) of the present invention includes, as a base material, a woven fabric layer (11) using bulky yarn (12) as at least one of the warp and weft, and a nonwoven fabric layer (14) placed on one surface side of the woven fabric layer (11), a part of the nonwoven fabric layer (14) being embedded in the woven fabric layer (11). A nonwoven fabric-resin composite layer (18) is formed in the opposite surface of the nonwoven fabric layer (14) from the woven fabric layer (11) by impregnation with resin (15). A woven fabric-rubber composite layer (19) is formed in the other surface of the woven fabric layer (11) by impregnation with rubber (16). The nonwoven fabric-resin composite layer (18) and the woven fabric-rubber composite layer (19) have voids (17) therein.
