A method for coating stainless steel press plates includes preparing the stainless steel press plate for coating and coating the stainless steel press plate with a diboride doped with 1%-5% by weight aluminum to produce a diboride-aluminum coating. The step of coating includes applying the diboride-aluminum coating to a stainless steel press plate using a magnetron sputter coating system.

System for assembly of recessed panel doors
11376834 · 2022-07-05 · ·

Systems and methods for pressing a door assembly involve one or more die sections installed in a press, wherein the die sections each have a raised section that contacts and supports a recessed panel portion of a door skin of the assembly during the pressing operation to facilitate crushing of portions of a core of the door assembly that underlie the recessed panel portion of the door skin. The die sections may be made of plastic and readily changed out for different sizes or styles of doors.

Compaction press

Compaction press includes a support structure provided with an abutment surface; a first compaction lid, which is provided with a first flat compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a first delimitation edge of the support structure; a second compaction lid, which is provided with a second curved compaction surface and is rotatably constrained to a second delimitation edge of the support structure. The abutment surface of the support structure and the first and second compaction surfaces of the first and second compaction arms delimit a pressing chamber, in which a mass of material to be compacted is intended to be deposited. In addition, the second compaction lid includes a first arm and a second arm which are rotatably constrained to each other.

Push-out apparatus

A piston includes: a base body; a sealing ring provided at an outer peripheral surface of the base body and configured to slidingly contact an inner peripheral surface of a container; a pressing body provided at one side of the base body in a non-hermetical state with respect to the container, the one side being close to a fluid; and a supporting member supporting the pressing body in a state where the pressing body is separated from the base body. The base body includes an air discharge hole through which an inside and outside of the container communicate with each other, the inside and outside of the container being sealed by the sealing ring. The pressing body can approach and separate from the base body between a first position at which the pressing body opens the air discharge hole and a second position at which the pressing body closes the air discharge hole. The pressing body is supported by the supporting member at the first position and moves to the second position by force applied from the fluid in the container.

ALIGNMENT FILM TRANSFER PRINTING PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

This application provides an alignment film transfer printing plate including a substrate, a first dot arranged on the substrate, and a plurality of second dots arranged around the first dot. A height of each of the second dots in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate is less than or equal to a height of the first dot in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, a blocking portion is formed on an end of the first dot away from the substrate, and an area of an end surface of each of the second dots away from the substrate is less than an area of an end surface of the blocking portion away from the substrate.
