A bonding machine with horizontal correction function includes a first chamber, a second chamber, a pressing unit, a carrier, a plurality of level adjustment units, and a plurality of distance measuring units. The first chamber is configured to be connected to the second chamber to define an enclosed space therebetween. The pressing unit is disposed within the first chamber, and the carrier is disposed within the second chamber. The pressing unit faces the carrier and is configured to press the substrates placed on the carrier. The leveling units are disposed on the first chamber, and the distance measuring units are disposed on the second chamber. Each distance measuring unit is configured to project a detecting beam onto the pressing unit, to measure the level of the pressing unit so as to adjust the level of the pressing unit through the level adjustment unit.
Press device
A press device includes a press device main body and a main breaker to supply or stop power from an external power supply to the press device main body. The press device main body includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a power storage unit able to supply stored power to the servomotor, a discharge unit configured to discharge a charge stored in the power storage unit, and a first contactor. An upper die can be mounted on the slide. A lower die can be disposed on the bolster. The first contactor interrupts an electrical connection between the power storage unit and the discharge unit in an energized state and electrically connects the power storage unit and the discharge unit in a non-energized state. The first contactor is supplied with power for energization from the external power source without passing through the main breaker.

A press device subjects a material to pressing using an upper die and a lower die. The press device includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a plurality of capacitor units, and a control unit. The upper die can be attached to a lower face of the slide. The lower die can be placed on the bolster. The capacitor units include a plurality of electric double layer capacitors. The plurality of capacitor units are configured to be able to supply stored electric power to the servomotor. The control unit executes an operation mode in which pressing is performed using capacitor units other than unused capacitor units when the plurality of capacitor units have been set so that at least a portion of the capacitor units are not used.

A motor-driven powder molding machine according to the present disclosure molds powder using an upper mold and a lower mold and includes, in each of the upper and lower molds, a main ram for operating the upper or lower mold through a main shaft; an auxiliary ram for operating the upper or lower mold through an auxiliary shaft in synchronization with the main ram; and a pressure detector for detecting a pressure in an axial direction in at least one of the main ram and the auxiliary ram. The motor-driven powder molding machine further includes a controller for controlling operation speeds of the upper and lower molds by at least one of the main ram and the auxiliary ram so that the pressure falls within a predetermined range based on the detected pressure.
