A display device for punching and/or pressing machines. The display device can be constructed to be modular and of compact size so as to be positioned as desired on new and existing machine designs. The display device is formed with displays, which are configurable to provide a plurality of qualitative and quantitative information. The display device can be configured to be function with consoles of punching and pressing machines so as to be one or more of a supplemental device, an interfacing device, and an interactive device.
Wood material panel pressing device and method for monitoring a wood material panel pressing device
The disclosure relates to a wood material panel pressing device for pressing a fibrous press cake in order to produce a wood material panel, including an inspection device that is designed to emit a signal in the event of a disruption. According to the disclosure, the inspection device has a camera and an evaluation unit, the camera is arranged in an intake region of the wood material panel pressing device and the evaluation unit is designed to automatically carry out a method featuring the steps: (i) continuous recording of images (B) of the intake region, (ii) continuous detection of measurement data for evaluation region pixels of images (B), which belong to a predefined evaluation region comprising at least one region bordering a target horizontal of the fibrous press cake at the top, such that evaluation data is obtained, and (iii) emission of a signal if the evaluation data changes by more than a predefined tolerance value (D.sub.T).
Servo motor controller
A servo motor controller comprises: a position command generation unit; a position detection unit; a position control unit that generates a velocity command for position control based on a position command and a position FB; a force command generation unit that generates a force command for instructing force to be applied to a subject by a driving target; a force detection unit; a force control unit that generates a velocity command for force control based on the force command and a force FB; a selection unit that selects one of the position control and the force control; and a storage unit that stores a force threshold. The selection unit selects one of the velocity commands for the position control and the force control of a smaller value. If the force FB is smaller than the force threshold, the selection unit selects the velocity command for the position control.

A press machine includes a storage unit configured to store moving image data captured by an imaging unit disposed at a position configured to allow the imaging unit to capture an image of a press die area, an image extraction unit configured to extract, from a group of still images forming the moving image data, a monitoring target image with reference to a position of a slide in the image or a state of a material to be processed, and an image monitoring unit configured to perform image monitoring based on the monitoring target image and to output a monitoring result.

ERGONOMIC HEAT PRESS
A heat press for decorating substrates includes a support frame, a lower platen assembly supported on the support frame, and a linkage assembly having at least an upper link arm pivotally coupled with the support frame for movement to and between first and second positions. An upper platen assembly is coupled with the support frame by the linkage assembly for movement relative to the lower platen assembly to and between an open condition away from the lower platen assembly, and a closed condition adjacent the lower platen assembly, as the upper link arm is moved to and between the first and second positions. A linear actuator cooperates with the linkage assembly to further move the upper platen assembly in the closed condition in a direction to clamp an upper platen against a lower platen by moving an actuator rod from an extended position toward a retracted position.

The press device is a press device configured to press a workpiece, and includes a slide, a bolster, a servomotor, and a control section. The slide is movable. The bolster is placed to face the slide. The servomotor drives the slide. The control section is configured to be able to execute selectively either the productivity priority mode of setting a limit value slower than the maximum press speed of the press device to the press speed when performing a pendulum motion or a reverse motion, or the moldability priority mode of setting a stop time to the servomotor without setting the limit value.

Tooling and corresponding tool assembly configurations equipped with exemplary designs of tracking assemblies configured to track information, such as use history, and perform a variety of processing and storage functions relative to the same for more efficient use and maintenance of the tooling over their lifetimes. Pressing device
This pressing device includes an actuator, a pressing unit provided on a movable element of the actuator, a movement quantity detector for detecting a movement quantity of the movable element and outputting movement quantity information indicating the movement quantity, and a drive device that moves the pressing unit to press a pressed object by supplying a drive current to the actuator based on the movement quantity information. The drive device controls an operation of the pressing unit using position control processing based on current information indicating the drive current and the movement quantity information. When the speed of the pressing unit is decelerated down to a predetermined lower limit speed, the drive device controls the speed of the pressing unit to be constant based on the current information, and when the current reaches a predetermined current value, determines that the pressing operation is performed.
SERVO PRESS MACHINE AND SETTING METHOD FOR SERVO PRESS MACHINE
A servo press machine includes a display unit that displays a strip-shaped region for setting a motion of a slide and an operation unit that receives an input operation. A range extending from an upper end of the strip-shaped region to a lower end thereof corresponds to a movement range of the slide in a linear movement, and the strip-shaped region is formed of a plurality of slide operation regions that are consecutive in a direction in which the strip-shaped region extends. Each of the slide operation regions can set a speed of the slide in response to the input operation received by the operation unit, and a boundary between adjacent two of slide operation regions can move along the direction in which the strip-shaped region extends in response to the input operation received by the operation unit.
