HYDRAULIC MACHINE UNIT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A MACHINE UNIT
A hydraulic machine unit that can be operated with various working forces, in which working medium is selectively delivered, via a pump-piston accumulator system, to a main cylinder and at least one driving cylinder, wherein at least for one working stroke a pump system of the pump-piston accumulator system is used to provide working medium to a piston accumulator of the pump-piston accumulator system, and then at least for the working stroke at least the main cylinder is charged with a working pressure from the piston accumulator, and wherein at least for a return stroke the at least one driving cylinder is charged with a return stroke pressure from the pump-piston accumulator system, can be of structurally simple configuration if, at reduced working forces, the working pressure is reduced with respect to the piston accumulator pressure prevailing in the piston accumulator.
Machine press
A machine press is provided in which at least one hermetically sealed hydraulic drive unit is switchable from a working mode, in which a base pressure above ambient pressure is continually exceeded, into a rest mode. To this end, in parallel with a pressure converter, to the high-pressure side of which a pressure store and a raising working chamber of a cylinder piston unit are connected, a bypass is provided, having a first blocking valve that is controllable by a control unit and, in its blocking position, blocks the through-flow direction from the high-pressure side of the pressure converter to the low-pressure side. Furthermore, the low-pressure side is connectable to a lowering working chamber via a second blocking valve controllable by the control unit. The pressure output of the hydraulic unit is connectable to the raising working chamber via a third blocking valve controllable by the control unit.

Die cushion device
The die cushion device includes a first hydraulic cylinder for supporting a cushion pad, and a first hydraulic circuit for driving the first hydraulic cylinder. The first hydraulic circuit is a hydraulic closed circuit including a logic valve connected between a die cushion pressure generation line and a system pressure line, and a hydraulic pump driven by a first servomotor for applying a pilot pressure to the logic valve. The first controller controls the first servomotor (pilot pressure) based on a first pressure command corresponding to the die cushion force and the pressure detected by the first pressure detector to control the pressure in a lower chamber of the first hydraulic cylinder so that the pressure is equal to a pressure corresponding to the first pressure command.
Hydraulic Drive System Having a 2X2Q Pump Unit
A hydraulic drive system for operating a hydraulic cylinder in first and second movement profiles. A hydraulic drive unit includes first and second hydraulic machines, each with first and second connections. In the first movement profile, a first cylinder chamber of the hydraulic cylinder is fluidly connected to a first fluid reservoir and a second cylinder chamber is fluidly connected to the second connection of the second hydraulic machine. A hydraulic forming machine, includes a hydraulic cylinder with a piston guided in a cylinder tube and divides the cylinder tube into a first cylinder chamber, and a second cylinder chamber. A hydraulic circuit with a control unit for controlling the operation of the hydraulic cylinder includes a first hydraulic valve coupled to the control unit and is connected to the second cylinder chamber via the second hydraulic connection. The control unit regulates an opening width of the first hydraulic valve such that the first hydraulic valve is open in a first phase and the bear) is accelerated to a target speed in the first phase, while, in a following second phase the opening width of the first hydraulic valve is reduced to an inflow opening width, and the first hydraulic valve is closed during a return stroke running in the opposite direction to the working stroke.
