Hydraulic feeder system having compression stage with multi-cylinder hydraulic circuit
A feeder system for advancing a compressible material has a hydraulic circuit associated with a final compression stage. The hydraulic circuit includes a platen attached to a primary ram configured to travel within a primary cylinder. The platen is operatively connected to a main piston cylinder assembly and at least two ancillary piston cylinder assemblies. In a first mode of operation, the hydraulic circuit forces the ancillary piston cylinder assemblies to advance the platen and ram in a forward compression direction until they reach a first predetermined position between travel extremes, while the main piston cylinder assembly passively travels along in the forward compression direction. Once the first predetermined position is reached, in a second mode of operation, the hydraulic circuit additionally forces the main piston cylinder assembly to compress the compressible material. In a third mode of operation, the hydraulic circuit retracts the platen and primary ram.
PRESS SYSTEM

A die cushion apparatus constituting a press system supports a cushion pad, includes a hydraulic cylinder which generates a die cushion load on the cushion pad when a slide of a press machine descends, the press machine includes a hydraulic cylinder which generates part of a press load on the slide when the slide descends. The pressure generation chamber of the hydraulic cylinder for generating a die cushion load and the pressure generation chamber of the hydraulic cylinder for generating part of the press load can communicate with each other via pipes and a first logic valve for a period during which the die cushion load acts.

A forming apparatus includes: a slide on which one of a pair of dies is mounted and which has a hole portion and can advance and retreat in an advancing and retreating direction; a die clamping force generating unit having a piston movable in the advancing and retreating direction and generating a die clamping force; a slide driving unit advancing and retreating the slide in the advancing and retreating direction; and a die clamping force transmitting unit which transmits the die clamping force from the die clamping force generating unit to the slide and includes a force transmitting body transmitting the die clamping force from the piston to the slide and movable between a first position to prevent the piston from entering the hole portion and a second position to allow the piston to enter the hole portion, and a force transmitting body driving unit moving the force transmitting body.
FORMING APPARATUS AND FORMING METHOD

The press-fit device includes a platform having an upper surface provided with a bearing base; a mounting rack disposed at the upper surface of the platform; a power cylinder mounted at the mounting rack, including a piston chamber, a piston rod and an actuating element intercommunicated with the piston chamber to provide pressure medium, wherein the piston rod is perpendicular to the bearing base; a guiding track disposed at the upper surface of the platform and arranged in parallel to the piston rod; and a press-fit plate disposed at one end of the cylinder rod and slidably sheathed on the guiding track, wherein a surface of the press-fit plate facing the bearing base is provided with a pressure base, and a surface of the pressure base facing the bearing base is provided with a press-fit frame and a pressure sensing device which is configured to detect a press-fit pressure.

High-Speed Hydraulic Forging Press
A high-speed hydraulic forging press is disclosed. The high-speed hydraulic forging press includes a forging hammer, a movable beam, a main hydraulic cylinder, a single-rod elevation hydraulic cylinder, a plurality of main hydraulic pumps, a high-pressure energy accumulator, an intermediate-pressure energy accumulator, an oil tank, a programmable logic controller and a valve-regulation system. During a rolling process, when a rolling resistance applied to the forging hammer increases to cause pressure in the main hydraulic cylinder to reach a predetermined value, the programmable logic controller controls the valve-regulation system so that the high-pressure energy accumulator stops supplying the hydraulic oil to the main hydraulic cylinder, and that the hydraulic oil in the main hydraulic cylinder is supplied by at least one of the plurality of main hydraulic pumps. The high-speed hydraulic forging press exhibits remarkable advantages including a reasonable resource allocation, a simple structure, low equipment investment, and high energy utilization.
