Sheet-cutting device, method for cutting sheet, and non-transitory computer readable recording medium
A sheet processing apparatus (1) includes a first processing section (1000), a second processing section (2000), and a third processing section (3000) arranged on a straight line, and conveys a sheet (4200) therebetween. The first processing section (1000) forms a plurality of first processing lines extending in a first direction (an X axial direction) on the sheet (4200), by moving a plurality of tools (1110-1260) to the first direction in relation to the sheet (4200). The second processing section (2000) forms a plurality of second processing lines to a second direction (a Y axial direction) orthogonal to the first direction on the sheet (4200), by moving a plurality of tools to the second direction in relation to the sheet (4200). The third processing section (3000) forms a third processing line (aslant line, curve line) on the sheet, by relatively moving the sheet (4200) and the tool (3110, 3120).

Case-making device
It is generally a goal to reduce the height dimension of a case-making device. A case-making device 90 comprises a box-sheet-holding part 10 and an extraction part 20. The box-sheet-holding part 10 holds a plurality of box sheets S to be processed into container boxes B such that the box sheets S extend in an upright direction UR. The extraction part 20 extracts one box sheet S from the box-sheet-holding part 10. An upright-direction UR dimension of the box sheet S is a first dimension H1. The extraction part 20 moves the box sheet S in the upright direction UR by a second dimension H2 shorter than the first dimension H1.
Carrier for containers
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels, the plurality of panels includes at least one central panel and at least one attachment panel for receiving a portion of one or more containers of the plurality of containers. The at least one central panel is for being positioned between adjacent containers of the plurality of containers, and the at least one attachment panel is foldably connected to the at least one central panel. The at least one attachment panel is positionable between a first position, in which the at least one attachment panel overlies and receives a portion of one or more of the containers, and a second position, in which the at least one attachment panel is folded relative to the at least one central panel and in an upright position to form a handle for carrying the carrier.

DEVICE FOR RECOVERING EXPOSURE SAMPLES, DISCHARGE STATION AND MACHINE FOR PROCESSING SHEET-SHAPED ELEMENTS
The invention relates to a recovery device (10) for recovering sample blanks (P) for a processing machine (1) for processing elements in sheet form, the processing machine (1) comprising: a plurality of work stations (300, 400, 500, 600) including at least one waste removal station (600), and a conveying device (70) comprising a plurality of gripper bars (75) configured to drive the elements in sheet form through the work stations (300, 400, 500, 600),
the recovery device (10) being characterized in that it comprises: a first removal belt (94), and a second removal belt (95) arranged after the first removal belt (94) in relation to the direction of travel (D) of the sheets, the second removal belt (94) being able to move between:
a continuous-conveying position in which first ends (94a, 95a) of the first and second removal belts (94, 95) are close together so that sheet form element waste (F) can be conveyed from the first removal belt (94) to the second removal belt (95), and
a raised position in which the first end (95a) of the second removal belt (95) has pivoted upward, creating a gap (11) between the first removal belt (94) and the second removal belt (95), so that at least one sample of blanks (P) conveyed by the first removal belt (94) tips into the gap (11).
The present invention also relates to a waste removal station and a processing machine for processing elements in sheet form.
Methods and machine for forming a shipping container with an article retaining web
A machine (1000) for forming a blank assembly having a blank and a retaining web coupled to the blank includes a deck (1250) coupled to a frame (1002), and a blank transfer assembly (1200) coupled to the frame. The blank transfer assembly is configured to position the blank on the deck. The machine also includes a web transfer assembly (1700) coupled to the frame. The web transfer assembly includes a pick-up assembly (1730) moveable between a first end and a second end of the web transfer assembly. The pick-up assembly is configured to pick up the web proximate the first end and deposit the web proximate the second end in an at least partially overlying relationship with the blank positioned on the deck. A first compression member (1750) is configured to compress a coupling region of the web against the blank on the deck to form the blank assembly.
