Machine and method for folding and adhesively bonding blanks for the production of folding boxes
A machine for folding and adhesively bonding blanks for the production of folding boxes. It includes a transport system which has at least one puller which wraps around deflecting rollers and extends along a processing path, a drive connected to a deflecting roller and drives the deflecting roller. Workpiece carriers are fastened to the puller and are moved along the processing path by the at least one puller. It also includes a magazine for a stack of blanks, a mechanism for removing individual blanks from the stack in the magazine, a feeding mechanism for the removed blanks to the workpiece carriers, structure for retaining blanks on the workpiece carriers, a control which is connected to the structure to retain blanks, and structure for adhesively bonding blanks.
METHOD FOR DRY-FORMING A CELLULOSE BOTTLE, CELLULOSE BOTTLE FORMING UNIT AND CELLULOSE BOTTLE
A bottle forming unit and method for dry-forming a cellulose bottle from an air-formed cellulose blank structure in a bottle forming unit. The dry-formed cellulose bottle comprises a neck portion, a closed bottom portion, and a mid-portion arranged between the closed bottom portion and the neck portion. The mid-portion is arranged in fluid communication with the neck portion. The dry-formed cellulose blank structure is shaped into a shaped cellulose blank structure, where the shaped cellulose blank structure has a tube-like configuration with an inner surface and an outer surface. A first section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to a first forming mould and a semi-closed bottom portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the first section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming the neck portion of a directly preceding cellulose bottle from the first section in the first forming mould. A following second section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to the first forming mould and the neck portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the second section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming a semi-closed bottom portion of a directly following cellulose bottle from the second section in the first forming mould.
METHOD FOR DRY-FORMING A CELLULOSE BOTTLE, CELLULOSE BOTTLE FORMING UNIT AND CELLULOSE BOTTLE
A bottle forming unit and method for dry-forming a cellulose bottle from an air-formed cellulose blank structure in a bottle forming unit is provided. A first section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to a first forming mould and a semi-closed bottom portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the first section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming the neck portion of a directly preceding cellulose bottle from the first section in the first forming mould. A following second section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to the first forming mould and the neck portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the second section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming a semi-closed bottom portion of a directly following cellulose bottle from the second section in the first forming mould.

A guide position adjustment device includes upstream side guide members and downstream side guide members arranged in order starting from the upstream side in the sheet traveling direction. Each of the upstream side guide members and each of the downstream side guide members are mounted in pairs on the right and left sides of a folder gluer. The guide position adjustment device includes an outlet side guide moving mechanism, which is mounted on a folding guide device provided with a frame moving mechanism for translating, by a first actuator, a supporting frame that supports the upstream side guide members and the downstream side guide members, in the device width direction perpendicular to the sheet traveling direction. The outlet side guide moving mechanism moves, by a second actuator, an outlet side tip end regulation part of the upstream side guide members relative to the supporting frame in the device width direction.

The first edge is configured for erecting a first dust flap of the box, and the second edge is configured for erecting a second dust flap of the box. The lid erecting system is disposed adjacent to the folding plate and is configured for erecting a lid of the box. The lid erecting system includes a tab funnel and a folding tool. The tab funnel includes a ramp for retaining the dust flaps while closing the lid. The folding tool includes a hooked ramp for causing a distal end of the lid to be inserted into the box.
