A cloud platform comprises a receiving unit and a processing unit. The receiving unit is configured to receive at least one user respiration data set sent by at least one respirator device in at least one uploading cycle. The processing unit is configured to acquire a first user respiration data set sent by a user of one respirator device among at least one respirator device in one uploading cycle, statistically analyze the first user respiration data set on the basis of a stable state value set of the user, and send an alarm signal when the statistical analysis result is determined to be that the first user respiration data set meets a data exception standard. The disclosure provides an on-line user respiration data analysis solution in combination with disease diagnosis of an off-line respiration system, so that the worsening of a patient's conditions can be possibly found in time.

The first and second sets of balloons are between the compression component and the base compartment, and the third set of balloons is between the compression component and the cover.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXPRESSION OF BREAST MILK

Disclosed herein are improved devices, systems, and methods for the expression and collection of breast milk, such as human breast milk. A breast shield assembly for expression of breast milk may comprise a breast interface and an actuatable assembly interface fluidly coupled with a tube, wherein the breast interface is configured to engage the breast and the actuatable assembly interface is configured to removably couple to an actuatable assembly. The breast shield assembly may comprise an enclosed fluid reservoir extending between the breast interface and the actuatable assembly interface, the fluid reservoir physically separated from the expressed breast milk and filled with a driving fluid comprising a liquid. The breast shield assembly may further comprise a fill port configured to allow addition or removal of the driving fluid to or from the fluid reservoir.

Reduced pressure tissue treatment systems and methods having a reduced pressure dressing and associated valve
09981075 · 2018-05-29 · ·

A system for treating multiple tissue sites of a patient includes a first dressing filler adapted to be positioned at a first of the tissue sites. A second dressing filler is adapted to be positioned at a second of the tissue sites. A bridge manifold is positioned between the first tissue site and the second tissue site to provide fluid communication between the first and the second tissue site. A reduced pressure source is fluidly connected to at least one of the bridge manifold, the first tissue site, and the second tissue site. A valve is operably associated with one of the first and the second tissue sites to allow fluid to flow from the one of the first and the second tissue sites, but precluding flow towards the one of the first and the second tissue sites.

PRE-STUNNING OR STUNNING OF ANIMALS WITH A COMBINATION OF O2, CO2 AND NO2

When stunning animals e.g. by CO.sub.2-stunning aversive reactions may be seen among the animals as a reaction to the high concentration of CO.sub.2. To avoid the aversive reactions animals can be pre-stunned before being final-stunned and perhaps killed or slaughtered when stunned. Pre-stunning of animals may be performed with a combination of gas for pre-stunning comprising at least air and/or O.sub.2 together with CO.sub.2 e.g. in a concentration below 40%, at least air and/or O2 together with N2O, or at least air and/or O.sub.2 together with N.sub.2O and CO.sub.2, where CO.sub.2 may bi in a concentration below 40%. For larger animals such as pigs pre-stunning is performed for less than 60 seconds. A stunning system may comprise means for pre-stunning of animals before performing a final-stunning and may include gas storage for re-use of the pre-stunning gas.

Portable device with disposable reservoir for collection of internal fluid after surgery from a plurality of sites simultaneously

A system, method, and apparatus for the collection of surgical/wound fluid from a subject patient with the capability of simultaneous fluid removal from a plurality of such wounds and/or wound through the utilization of a single pump device worn by such a patient. Such a system, method, and apparatus allow for such a single pump device to collect surgical/wound fluid within a single site collection component attached to or associated with such a single pump device. Multiple fluid transfer lines may be incorporated with the single pump device leading to such plurality of wounds and/or wound sites for greater versatility and comfort for the subject patient, as well as cleaner removal capabilities than in the standard apparatus systems and method currently undertaken within the industry.

COMBINATION DRUG THERAPIES

Combination drag therapies comprising a 5-HTZA receptor agonist and an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist (e.g., nitrous oxide, ketamine, etc.) are provided. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating a central nervous system (CNS) disorder or a psychiatric disease using the combination drug therapy, for example, via aerosol inhalation.

TIME OR TIDAL VOLUME SPLITTING VENTILATOR AND METHODS OF USE

A ventilator device for co-ventilation of multiple patients may include an air tube splitter having an inlet, a plurality of outlets, and a plurality of branches each extending to a respective outlet, a plurality of valves coupled to the branches, a plurality of actuators coupled to the valves, and a controller in operable communication with the actuators. Each valve may be configured to be adjusted to regulate air flow through a respective branch. Each actuator may be configured to adjust a respective valve. The controller may be configured to receive a set of inspiratory pressure settings or tidal volume settings for the patients and independently control the actuators to adjust the valves based at least in part on the set of inspiratory pressure settings or tidal volume settings. The controller may employ time-multiplexing in controlling the actuators to adjust the valves for ventilating the patients at different times.
