Visually enhanced tab file system
A tab system for a folder (10a), and a method of making same is disclosed. The tab is enlarged to carry more information/indicia. The visual indicia space (16a), i.e. the viewable space on the front (32a, 36a) of the folder which allows viewing of the enlarged tab is achieve without violating the overall size restrictions (40a) of the file folder. Instead, the front of the folder adjacent to the tab on the back panel, is cut away (32a,34a) to expose a greater portion of the back panel (14a) and allow an increase in visual indicia space. The remaining portion of the front panel, not adjacent to the tab may also be cut away (34a) to allow other enlarged tab files, with offset tabs,(22, 21a) to be viewable behind the present file.
FULL RECYCLING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PACKAGING STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A full recycling environmental protection packaging structure and a manufacturing method thereof applied to express deliveries, postal services and logistics and made of a planar structure of paper. The packaging structure includes a first surface and a protecting layer overlapped on the first surface. The protecting layer includes at least one layer of liner which is a three-dimensional network structure formed by paper material being stretched after being die-cut. The planar structure is sealed edges thereof and an opening is reserved to form a bag body. The packaging structure of the present disclosure can overcome problems that kraft paper bubble bags or envelopes, and paper and plastics can't be separated and recycled to pollute environment in the prior art. At the same time, it can solve technical problems of dust pollution and poor air quality caused by using powdery and granular soft structures used as buffers.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FULL RECYCLING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PACKAGING STRUCTURE
A manufacturing method of a full recycling environmental protection packaging structure having a paper planar structure includes step S1, preparing at least two rolls of base paper rolls; step S2, selecting at least one roll of base paper roll, performing unreeling processing on the at least one roll of base paper roll to form a die-cutting paper, rewinding the die-cutting paper to be reserved; step S3, selecting at least one roll of base paper roll and at least one roll of die-cutting paper roll, synthetically unreeling the at least one roll of base paper roll and die-cutting paper roll along a same direction, stretching a die-cutting paper coiled material to form a liner belt, adhering the liner belt and an unreeled base paper reel belt to form a planar structure belt; step S4, sealing the planar structure on edges thereof so as to form a bag body having an opening.
EMBOSSED PAPER IN COMBINATION WITH PAPER CUSHIONING FOR SHIPPING ENVELOPES
According to some illustrative embodiments, a protective product is provided that includes: at least one expandable slit paper sheet, said at least on expandable slit paper being expanded between opposing ends of said slit paper; a first embossed paper sheet facing said expanded slit paper sheet and a second paper sheet facing an opposite side of said at least one expanded slit paper sheet, at least one of said first embossed paper sheet and said second paper sheet being fixed to said expanded slit paper sheet at the opposing ends of said expanded slit paper sheet and thereby maintaining said expanded paper in its expanded state, said first embossed paper sheet having a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of said embossed paper sheet, whereby inhibiting deformation of said embossed paper sheet that is fixed to said expanded slit sheet paper.

BAG MAKING APPARATUS AND BAG MAKING METHOD
A bag making apparatus includes an intermittent feed device for feeding sheet panels, an adjustment device for detecting upper and lower thresholds for a length of the sheet panels included in a section from a first drive roller pair to a second drive roller pair, a movement device for moving a processing device and a sensor together as a movable group in the longitudinal direction of the sheet panels. The movement device moves the movable group upstream in response to the adjustment device detecting the upper threshold and moves the movable group downstream in response to the adjustment device detecting the lower threshold. If the movable group is moved, the intermittent feed device determines an intermittent feed distance based on a moving distance of the movable group in addition to output from the sensor and feeds the sheet panels by the determined distance using the first drive roller pair.
Packaging bag, apparatus and method for manufacturing film material of the packaging bag, and method of manufacturing the packaging bag
The invention discloses a packaging bag and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing film material of the packaging bag, and a method of manufacturing the packaging bag. The processing of the portable portion is conducted by the apparatus for manufacturing film material, and the prepared film material is made into a packaging bag finally. In the technical solution of the invention, by adding a handle structure on the side portion of the big-sized packaging bag, the bag structure of the invention is easy to carry or move the packaging bag and the product within the packaging bag that is large in weight, structure, and size. The packaging bag of the present invention has a simple structure, which is convenient to use and process, improving the practicality and usability of the bag.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEADERLESS PRODUCE BAGS WITH INCREASED ADHESION
During the manufacturing process the exterior surface of one or both of the sheets of plastic film which form the bags is treated with low temperature corona discharge plasma to raise the level of surface charge magnitude to at least 43 Dyne to increase the adhesion force between the bags. A recess is formed in each of the bags to further increase the adhesion. The increased adhesion causes the mouth of one bag to automatically open as the adjacent bag is removed from the rack. The recess is formed at the same time openings are created in the bags to accept the support rods of a dispensing rack. The bags can have simple edge sides or side gussets and may be provided in a package including a pouch which receives and supports the lower portions of the bags.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGE-FORMING MACHINE FOR HORIZONTAL PACKAGING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLEXIBLE PACKAGES
The present invention relates to a flexible package-forming machine for horizontal packaging and method of manufacturing flexible packages. The proposed forming machine consists of an unwinding unit (11), a perforating unit (12), a folding unit (14), a welding unit (16), and a cutting unit (17), wherein a compensating unit (13) is further included intercalated between the perforating unit (12) and the folding unit (14), linking a section with intermittent forward movement (S1) of the flexible band (1) where the flexible band moves in an intermittent manner and including the perforating unit, and a section with continuous forward movement (S2) where the flexible band moves in a continuous manner and including the folding unit, flexible band being accumulated in said compensating unit during the forward movement of the section with intermittent forward movement (S1) and the accumulation being reduced during breaks in the forward movement of the section with intermittent forward movement.
