METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FORMING PACKAGES
A system and method of at least partially forming reinforced packages. The method comprises moving a web of material in a downstream direction through a web forming section, at least partially forming at least a bag portion in the web of material during the moving the web of material through the web forming section, forming an attached web by adhering a construct to the bag portion of the web of material, and moving the attached web through a separating station. The moving the attached web can comprise moving the construct with the web of material. The method further can comprise separating the bag portion from a remainder of the web of material to form a bag during the moving the attached web through the separating station, the bag being attached to the construct.
DEVICE AND MACHINE FOR FORMING BOXES WITH INTERNAL PARTITION WALL AND RELATIVE METHOD
A box forming device includes an internal partition wall including a positioning area to support a blank arriving from a magazine and positioned between a forming head movable along a rectilinear trajectory to intercept, in an operating position, a portion of the blank. A die receives the blank and forms an open box having a base and side walls defining a housing compartment. The forming head has an operating end for contact with the blank provided with a through seat extending transversely with respect to the rectilinear trajectory. A strap feeding member feeds along a strap along a strap feeding direction in the through seat, which temporarily accommodates the strap. A strap retaining member retains the strap in the through seat while the forming head moves towards the blank, and to release the strap in the compartment such that the strap forms a partition wall which separates two adjacent compartments.

Egg carton and formation apparatus and method
An egg carton and method and apparatus for forming an egg carton. A main body of the egg carton may be made of a single sheet of material and folded or otherwise bent to form the majority of the carton's interior space. Partition walls may be engaged with slots formed in the main body to define separate storage areas of the interior space as well as help hold the main body in the desired configuration. Hooks on the sides of the partition walls may engage with openings in the main body to secure the main body to the partition walls.
TRAY WITH DIVIDER FEATURES
A tray includes an upper construct that includes an upper flange panel. The upper flange panel includes a perimeter portion extending at least partially around first and second openings. The upper flange panel further includes a central portion disposed between the first and second openings. The upper construct also includes an upper side panel foldably connected to the central portion. The tray further includes a lower construct. The lower construct includes a bottom panel and a plurality of lower side panels foldably connected to the bottom panel and defining a receiving cavity. At least a portion of the upper construct is attached to the lower construct. The upper side panel extends through the receiving cavity and is attached to the bottom panel. The upper side panel at least partially defines first and second cavities.
TRAY WITH DIVIDER FEATURES
A tray for holding products is disclosed. The tray includes an upper construct that includes an upper flange panel. The tray further includes a lower construct. The lower construct includes a bottom panel and lower side panels foldably connected to the bottom panel and defining a cavity. The lower construct further includes a lower flange panel extending at least partially around the cavity. The lower flange panel is attached to the upper flange panel. The tray further includes a divider construct. The divider construct includes a base panel foldably connected to a divider panel. The divider panel extends from the base panel. The divider construct is at least partially received within the cavity such that the base panel is in face-to-face contact with the bottom panel and the divider panel extends into the cavity.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR PRODUCING AN ARTICLE COMPRISING A FOLDED SHEET
Method and machine (1) for producing an article (A) comprising a folded sheet (F), the machine (1) comprising two support elements (4) that are movable and directly consecutive to each other, structured to hold the sheet (F) disposed on them; a first deposition system (11) for arranging the sheet (F) on the two support elements (4); a second deposition system (61) for arranging a base layer(S) in correspondence with the two support elements (4); a gluing material dispensing system (81); and a control unit (10) configured for: arranging the sheet (F) on holding onto the two support elements (4), reciprocally approaching the two support elements (4) for making on the sheet (F) a fold (P), bringing two terminally opposite folding lines (P1a, P1c) of the fold (P) into mutual contact, applying gluing material onto the sheet (F), and coupling the base layer(S) to the sheet (F) for producing the article (A).
