A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels comprising a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel, at least one top end flap foldably connected to a panel of the plurality of panels, and at least one bottom end flap foldably connected to a panel of the plurality of panels. The at least one bottom end flap is for forming a closed bottom of the carton and the at least one top end flap is for forming a closed top of the carton. The closed top of the carton has a square configuration and the closed bottom has a round configuration.

Adaptable Tooling Methods, System and Apparatuses

A customizable case former and it system and method of use provide for a case former having a base, interchangeable case gages and forming heads. Contained within the interior of the base are slide blocks mounted on slide rails and assemblies in such a manner as to allow the slide blocks to be slidingly reconfigured to form a case forming cavity of varicose sizes and shapes. The size and shape of the case forming cavity is established and maintained by a template opening, defined by, and potentially unique to, each case gage. The size and shape of the forming head corresponds to the size and shape of the template opening. The slide blocks are secured to the case gage by removable locking pins.

CHILDPROOF CONTAINER AND PROCESS FOR MAKING THE SAME
20200331667 · 2020-10-22 · ·

The present invention relates to a childproof container comprising a store, for housing a product, and a closure system configured to define a closing condition and an opening condition of the container. The container comprises a safety device having a first coupling portion carried by the closure system and a second coupling portion engaged to the store and configured to cooperate with the first coupling portion to define a locking condition in which the first and second coupling portions prevent the closure system from switching from the closing to the opening condition. The store comprises an unlocking portion located on a side wall of the store and defining a through access configured to allow, in the locking condition, the insertion in the store of an opening device to allow the disengagement between the first and second coupling portions.

FOLDING BLANK FOR MAILER AND METHOD
20200331653 · 2020-10-22 ·

A folding blank has a main body. The main body has an inner surface and an outer surface. Only the outer surface has printing thereon. The main body further includes an outer lid that is configured to selectively move between an opened position and a closed position where a remainder of the folding blank has been folded into a box. The outer lid has an outer lid panel, a first outer lid wing panel, and a second outer lid wing panel. Each of the first outer lid wing panel and the second outer lid wing panel are configured to fold inwardly from an unfolded position to a folded position so that the inner surface of the first outer lid wing panel and the inner surface of the second outer lid wing panel are disposed adjacent to and facing the inner surface of the outer lid in the folded position.

Process for Forming a Window in a Carton

A container with a non-heat-seal window and a process for fabricating a low surface energy container with a non-heat-seal window. The process comprises forming a container template and cutting an opening in the container template. A window comprising a window stock material, a releasable liner, and a wiped on adhesive positioned between the window stock material and the releasable liner is sized to overlap the opening. A portion of the adhesive is exposed and the window is positioned over the opening. The window is then secured to the container template over the opening without the need to apply heat, and the container template is folded into the low surface energy container with the window.

CONTINUOUS FANFOLDED JOINED CORRUGATED
20200316898 · 2020-10-08 ·

A bale of stock packaging material includes a continuous tube of paperboard material, the continuous tube of paperboard material being flattened and folded back and forth on itself into a fan-folded bale. The continuous tube of paperboard can be a single piece of paperboard with two opposed edges that are folded to overlap with each other. The paperboard material can include a corrugated layer. The opposed edges can be adhered together to form a single seam that runs lengthwise along the continuous tube of paperboard. The adhesive can be applied between the two edges which can join to form the single seam.

CARTON WITH LOCKING FEATURES
20240010385 · 2024-01-11 ·

A carton comprising an inner construct comprising a plurality of inner panels extending at least partially around a first interior and an inner locking tab foldably connected to at least one inner panel. An outer construct can comprise a plurality of outer panels extending at least partially around a second interior. The outer construct can comprise an outer locking tab foldably connected to at least one outer panel, and the inner locking tab and the outer locking tab can cooperate to limit movement between the inner construct and the outer construct. The carton also can comprise an engagement feature comprising a cover panel that is at least partially separable from the at least one outer panel. The inner locking tab of the inner construct can extend along the engagement feature in the outer construct so that the inner locking tab can be engaged when the cover panel is at least partially removed for facilitating movement of the inner construct and the outer construct relative to one another.

SHEET FOLDING DEVICE AND BOX-MAKING MACHINE
20200282683 · 2020-09-10 ·

A sheet folding device and a box-making machine, wherein are provided folding guides disposed along a transfer direction on both sides in the transfer direction of a cardboard sheet, guide plates disposed downstream from the folding guides along the transfer direction on both sides in the transfer direction of the cardboard sheet, gauge roller groups disposed along the transfer direction further outside in the width direction of the cardboard sheet than the folding guides and the guide plates, folding guide adjustment devices for adjusting the width-direction position of the cardboard sheet in the folding guides, and a second gauge roller adjustment device for adjusting the width-direction position of at least gauge rollers disposed facing the second folding guide from among the gauge roller groups.

Foldable box

A foldable box having a first, substantially flat and unfolded configuration which can be easily and conveniently transformed into a second, three-dimensional configuration capable of retaining one or more items.
