A method of drying an anesthesia breathing system includes removing a CO.sub.2 absorber from the anesthesia breathing system, when the CO.sub.2 absorber is connected to an absorber inlet port and an absorber outlet port. The method further includes moving a bag-to-vent flow diverter to an intermediate position so as to simultaneously open both a bag channel and a ventilator channel, and connecting an inspiratory port and an expiratory port of the anesthesia breathing system together. A dry gas source is connected to an absorber outlet channel, and then a dry gas flow is provided through the bag channel and the ventilator channel so as to dry out moisture from a bag circuit and a ventilator circuit of the anesthesia breathing system.

A method and a wash, clean and dry system are provided for washing, cleaning and drying a surface region of a human body. The system includes a toilet seat assembly with a bidet assembly having a spray canister device for spraying the surface region with a solution, such as a skin protecting barrier solution, a cleaning solution or a medicated solution. In one aspect, the spray canister device can be movably insert into and out of the toilet seat assembly and is easy to operate and use. In addition, the bidet assembly further includes a spray nozzle assembly and a drying nozzle assembly, which are adapted to wash, clean and dry the region of the human body in three dimensional moments. The removable spray canister device with the removable sleeved cover element is thus easy to carry and be re-filled with new solutions.

A catheter guide structure is disclosed. Provided are a first guide module provided with an oxygen supply opening, a second guide module connected to the first guide module, and having an internal space that is opened only when the advancement of the catheter into the first guide module is necessary, and a third guide module connected to the second guide module to guide the advancement of the catheter into the first guide module. Accordingly, efficiency is ensured for the process of inserting a catheter in a respiratory system of a patient to suction foreign substances such as sputum present in the respiratory system of the patient assisted by the respirator and the process of removing the catheter such that nursing treatment for the patient can be provided with speed and efficiency. Further, according to the present disclosure, cleaning and sterilization inside and outside the catheter can be performed with ease.

REGENERATIVE PERITONEAL DIALYSIS SYSTEM

Systems and methods of generating and regenerating peritoneal dialysate are provided. The systems and methods use a dialysate regeneration module, a sterilization module and concentrates to prepare peritoneal dialysate from used peritoneal dialysate or source water. An optional integrated cycler for direct infusion of the generated peritoneal dialysate is included. Optional dialysate storage containers are provided for storage of the peritoneal dialysate prior to use.

There is provided in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a method of manufacturing a tape of plant matter comprising an active substance.

Valve devices are provided for draining fluids from and/or infusing fluids into a patient's body that include a housing including first, second, and third connectors, a primary fluid path communicating between the first and second connectors, and a secondary fluid path communicating from the primary fluid path to the third connector. First and second valve members are movable within the housing between first positions wherein the valve members do not obstruct the primary fluid path and second positions wherein the primary fluid path is at least partially closed. The third connector may be configured to prevent fluid flow therethrough unless a mating connector is fully coupled thereto. The valve members may be selectively closed to isolate portions of the flow path to allow a source of vacuum or fluid coupled to the third connector to aspirate or infuse fluid along portions of the primary fluid path.
