ROBOTIC TATTOOING SYSTEMS AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES
An automatic tattoo apparatus can be used to robotically apply tattoos. A customer can shop on an online tattoo marketplace to select designs created by various artists located anywhere. The online tattoo marketplace can process and manage payments, artist and/or customer profiles, bookings, tattoo design uploads, browsing and design selection, design changes, and/or perform other actions. The automatic tattoo device can apply tattoos precisely, quickly, and may with reduced pain. The tattoo apparatus can apply a wide range of different types of tattoos, including but not limited to micro tattoos, dotwork, blackwork tattoos, realism tattoos, fine-line tattoos, etc.
Transdermal Delivery System
A transdermal delivery system: a delivery device; a band configured to connect the delivery device to a body part of a user, the delivery device comprising: a delivery chamber that is configured to receive a substance and a heating chamber configured to heat the substance in the delivery chamber so that the substance is liquified, vaporized, or both and exits the delivery chamber into contact with the body part of the user so that the substance is transdermally absorbed.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WOUND IRRIGATION AND DEBRIDEMENT
A device for wound irrigation and debridement includes a body extending along a longitudinal axis. The body comprises an interior region and an opening such that that the interior region and the first opening are configured to transfer an irrigation fluid. The body comprises a compliant region having a first stiffness and a debridement region having a different second stiffness. The compliant region defines a distal surface. In a first configuration, the compliant region defines a first axial dimension, the distal surface engages a target body region, and the debridement region is axially offset from the distal surface and disengaged from the target body region. In a second configuration, the compliant region is compressed to define a second axial dimension less than the first axial dimension, thereby engaging the debridement region with the target body region, and the distal surface engages the target body region.
METHODS FOR ADMINISTERING MULTIPLE ALLERGENS
The method for administering a plurality of allergens into the skin of a patient uses a multiple test applicator in cooperative engagement with a fluid tray. The applicator has a plurality of scratching barbs each aligned with a plurality of reservoirs in the fluid tray. The method deploys allergen loading followed by allergen deposition. During allergen loading, a different allergen is loaded onto each respective scratching barb from each respective reservoir. Each scratching barb is designed to retain a trace amount of allergen. The applicator fits into one hand of a medical technician administering the skin test. The applicator is removed from the fluid tray and repositioned onto the skin of the patient for allergen deposition. Then, each scratching barb pierces the outer layer of the skin at each respective test site as a trace amount of each respective allergen seeps into each respective test site from each scratching barb.
AUTOMATED ALLERGY OFFICE SYSTEM AND METHOD
An automated allergy office system and method provides a medical professional with a new allergy treatment plan to administer to a patient. The automated allergy office system comprises a viewing device to select a test site on the patient's skin that is clear. A multiple test applicator is in cooperative engagement with a fluid tray and delivers a small amount of a first allergen to a first test site on the patient's skin as a small amount of a second allergen is delivered to a second test site on the patient's skin. The allergy condition of the patient is detected as a wheal forms at the first test site after fifteen minutes. The elements of the treatment plan are retrieved from a database for treating the patient's allergy condition. The patient's electronic medical record is checked to confirm that the allergy treatment is new for this patient.
PREOPERATIVE SKIN PREPARATION APPLICATOR
An applicator device configured for delivery of at least one solution to a surface, includes an applicator body having a head portion including an opening, a distal end, and an outer wall forming an interior space, and a fluid container moveably positioned in the interior space of the applicator body, the fluid container having an interior portion for holding the at least one solution and a membrane for preventing passage of the solution out of the interior portion. The device further includes a piercing element configured to breach the membrane to allow for passage of the solution out of the interior space of the fluid container, and a distal cap coupled to the distal end of the applicator body configured such that rotation of the distal cap causes longitudinal movement of the fluid container within the interior space of the applicator body into contact with the piercing element.
Pixel array medical systems, devices and methods
A system comprising a handpiece and drive system configured to removably couple to a proximal end of a housing. A scalpet assembly is configured to removeably couple to the housing, and includes a scalpet array comprising at least one scalpet configured for rotation. The scalpet array is configured to harvest dermal plugs via fractional resection. A collection chamber is configured to collect the dermal plugs, and to house formation of an injectable filler by mincing the dermal plugs, and mixing the dermal plugs with a carrier. The injectable filler is configured for bulk fill. The collection chamber includes a loading port, and a cannular syringe is configured to mate with the loading port to receive the injectable filler, and to deliver the injectable filler for the bulk fill.
THREE-STEP PROCESS FOR MIMICKING PLASTIC SURGERY RESULTS
A three-step process performs, with a derma roller, a plurality of movements along an area of intended rejuvenation of a human user. Furthermore, the three-step process applies, subsequent to the derma roller performance, a chemical compound to one or more patches of skin at the area of intended rejuvenation. Finally, the three-step process emits, subsequent to the application of the chemical compound, light toward the area of intended rejuvenation. The three-step process may be customized to a user based on a variety of factors (e.g., area of intended rejuvenation, age, skin sensitivity, or the like).
System for anchoring medical devices
Some embodiments of a medical device anchor system include an anchor device that receives a catheter (or other medical instrument) and secures the catheter in place relative to a skin penetration point. In some embodiments, the anchor device can secure the catheter in an operative position relative to the skin penetration point without use of suture or skin tapes.
Devices and methods for treating the skin using a porous member
According to some embodiments, a skin treatment assembly comprises a tip comprising a proximal end and a distal end, a container configured to secure to the tip along the proximal end of the tip, wherein the container is configured to contain a liquid, and a porous member configured to extend at least partially within an interior of the container such that it contact a liquid contained within the container, wherein the porous member is configured to extend at least partially within an interior of the tip and is configured to facilitate the transfer of liquid from the container to the distal end of the tip.
