PATCH SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AND ENHANCING SLEEP AND CIRCADIAN RHYTHM ALIGNMENT
Disclosed are novel compositions, devices, patches, systems and methods that are useful for estimating, determining, modulating and/or improving the sleep/wake and/or circadian phase of a subject (e.g., a human subject) by the dispensing of measured quantities of agents to a subject or into an environment of the subject and the continuous monitoring and/or tracking of the subject's consciousness (e.g., sleep/wake) patterns. In certain aspects, the compositions, devices, patches, systems and methods disclosed herein are capable of delivering one or more agents to a subject in response to measured consciousness patterns estimations and circadian phase estimations, thereby aligning the subject's circadian biology to the external environment and improving the quality and duration of sleep.
RELOCATION MODULE AND METHODS FOR SURGICAL EQUIPMENT
Module for housing electronic and electromechanical medical equipment including a portable digital camera and processing circuitry with machine vision and machine learning software for automatically documenting healthcare events and healthcare equipment operations in the electronic health record.
HIGH-LOAD MICRONEEDLES AND COMPOSITIONS FOR SKIN AUGMENTATION
The present invention provides microneedles for administration of biocompatible materials effective in augmentation of skin or other skin treatments, and applicators comprising such microneedles. In particular, the microneedles and applicators of the present invention are aimed at filling the undesired lines, wrinkles, depressed scars and folds of a subject's facial and neck skin and restoring youthful fullness to the skin.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR APPLICATION OF COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS THROUGH A GRATED END EFFECTOR
A device for applying a composition to a skin of a face includes an end effector having a base portion and a protruding portion extending distally from the base portion. The protruding portion has a distal opening. The device also includes a detector arrangement obtaining image data corresponding to an image of an area of the skin through the distal opening and an applicator arrangement applying the composition to a location within the area. The device further includes a processing arrangement receiving and analyzing the image data to determine whether the applicator is aimed to safely dispense the composition to the area and whether a frexel within the area corresponds to a skin artifact, and directing the applicator to selectively apply the composition to the frexel when the applicator is aimed to safely dispense the composition to the area and the skin artifact is detected from the frexel.
Adjustable misting arrays
An adjustable misting system and method for treating a region of a biological surface is presented. In an embodiment, a reconfigurable misting nebulizer includes a first misting panel having a plurality of apertures configured to atomize a formulation, and a second misting panel coupled to the first misting panel having a plurality of apertures configured to atomize the formulation. In some embodiments, a relative position of the first misting panel with respect to the second misting panel is adjustable.
VISUAL BEAUTY INSTRUMENT THAT SUPPORTS SKIN BLACKHEAD ANALYSIS
A visual beauty instrument includes a control module, an image acquisition module, a suction control module, a fill light module, a suction nozzle assembly and a mobile terminal. The image acquisition module collects the image signal of the suction area and feeds back the image signal to the control module. The control module analyzes the image signal and controls the suction control module and the fill light module. The suction control module sucks up the acne and blackheads on the skin surface by the suction nozzle assembly. The fill light module improves the recognition of acne and blackheads. The invention can observe the distribution and size of blackheads and acne in the inner layer of the skin and compare the number of blackheads and acne before and after suction, ensuring thorough cleaning, improving removal efficiency and preventing skin damage caused by excessive suction.
VACUUM SUCTION ACNE REMOVER WITH CAMERA FUNCTION
A vacuum suction acne remover includes a main control module, a vacuum suction module including a suction head and a vacuum pump connected to the suction head and controllable by the main control module to generate a suction force at the suction head for sucking out acne from the skin, and a camera module having an imaging lens controllable by the main control module to capture the image of the area being sucked by the vacuum suction module. During the suction process of the vacuum suction module, the camera module can observe the image of the suction area, and the suction of the vacuum suction module can be adjusted according to the depth of the acne displayed on the screen to avoid blind acne removing action and incomplete cleaning and to prevent the skin from being damaged due to excessive suction, thereby improving the efficiency and cleanliness of acne removal.
Systems, devices and methods for fractional resection, fractional skin grafting, fractional scar reduction and fractional tattoo removal
Systems, instruments, and methods for minimally invasive procedures including one or more of fractional resection, fractional lipectomy, fractional skin grafting, fractional scar revision, and/or fractional tattoo removal are described. Embodiments include instrumentation comprising a scalpet assembly coupled to a carrier, and the scalpet assembly includes a scalpet array. The scalpet array includes one or more scalpets configured for fractional resection, fractional lipectomy, fractional skin grafting, fractional scar revision, and/or fractional tattoo removal. The system includes a vacuum component coupled to the scalpet assembly and configured to evacuate tissue from the a site. The carrier is configured to control application of a rotational force and/or a vacuum force to the scalpet assembly.
Precision applicator
A self-supporting applicator comprises a first structural element which is self-supporting and has a shape determined according to a target structure, the applicator further comprises an active agent.
Tubular holder
The present disclosure is directed to a holder. The holder includes a main body, the main body including an interior surface and an exterior surface, a film that extends around at least a portion of the circumference of a first end of the main body and covers an opening of the first end of the main body, and a sheet including a first surface and a second surface, the second surface opposed to the first surface, the first surface operably attached to the seal at at least one point, the sheet configured to extend a distance along an interior of the main body from the first end towards a second end, wherein at least a portion of the first surface of the sheet contacts the interior surface of the main body, and wherein a liquid composition contacts a second surface of the sheet.
