The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

An anisotropic conductive film (ACF) structure and a hot-pressing method and a hot-pressing assembly thereof are provided. The ACF structure includes an ACF and a copper/gold foil surface layer as a substrate. The ACF structure is hot-pressed by a hot-pressing method, which includes the following steps: allowing, when the ACF is in a molten state, the copper/gold foil surface layer and a bonded part to be conductive respectively to generate a magnetic field around to enhance the attraction of the copper/gold foil surface layer and the bonded part to conductive particles inside the ACF; and applying, when the ACF is in a curing stage, a closed circuit to ends of the copper/gold foil surface layer and the bonded part to perform real-time detection on the ACF to ensure the effectiveness of the hot pressing.

TAPE, ARTICLE INCLUDING TAPE AND COMPOSITE LAYER, AND RELATED METHODS
The tape incudes a water vapor-permeable air and water barrier article and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The air and water barrier article includes a fibrous layer having first and second major surfaces and a polymeric layer on a first major surface of the fibrous layer that penetrates into the fibrous layer but leaves at least some fibers exposed on the second major surface. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is on the polymeric layer of the air and water barrier article. The tape can retain greater than 50 percent by weight of mortar applied according to the Vertical Mortar Receptivity Evaluation. The article includes a substrate, the tape, and a composite layer comprising at least one of gypsum, lime, or cement. The composite layer is at least one of dried or cured on the second major surface of the fibrous layer. Methods of making the article are also described.

A resin layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than an indentation elastic modulus of each of the first and second resin base layers by one or more orders of magnitude, a sealant layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus of and a second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus by one or more orders of magnitude, and a difference between the first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a difference between the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the indentation elastic modulus of the resin layer.
Radius filler for wet composite layup
A method of manufacturing a cured composite structure includes placing a radius filler element into a radius cavity extending along a length of a composite base member formed of dry fiber material comprised of reinforcing fibers. The radius filler element is formed of a radius filler material. The method also includes infusing resin into the dry fiber material, and chemically reacting the resin with the radius filler material to create a mixture of resin and radius filler material along side surface interfaces between the radius filler element and the composite base member. The method additionally includes curing or solidifying the resin, and allowing solvent in the resin to evaporate causing hardening of the mixture and bonding of the radius filler element to the composite base member, and resulting in a cured composite structure.
