Foldable display device
Disclosed is a foldable display device capable of preventing distortion of a folding part of a display screen due to deformation of the folding part. The foldable display device includes a display panel including a folding part and non-folding parts, and a back cover attached to the rear surface of the display panel via an adhesive layer, wherein the back cover includes folding patterns and open patterns, both of which are disposed at the folding part, and unevenness compensation patterns disposed on areas of a surface of the back cover contacting the adhesive layer, the areas of the surface of the back cover corresponding to the non-folding parts. The unevenness compensation patterns may be a plurality of open patterns, which are fully formed through the back cover, or may be a plurality of grooves, which are not fully formed through the back cover.
RAPID SOLID-STATE FOAMING
Disclosed, among other things, are ways to manufacture reduced density thermoplastics using rapid solid-state foaming and machines useful for the saturation of plastic. In one embodiment, a foaming process may involve saturating a semi-crystalline polymer such as Polylactic Acid (PLA) with high levels of gas, and then heating, which may produce a reduced density plastic having high levels of crystallinity. In another embodiment, a foaming process may produce layered structures in reduced density plastics with or without integral skins. In another embodiment, a foaming process may produce deep draw structures in reduced density plastics with or without integral skins. In yet another embodiment, a foaming process may utilize additives, blends, or fillers, for example. In yet another embodiment, a foaming process may involve saturating a semi-crystalline polymer such as Polylactic Acid (PLA) with high levels of gas, and then heating, which may produce a reduced density plastic having high levels of crystallinity.
RESIN FILM, LAMINATED GLASS, AND SCREEN
The present invention relates to a resin film comprising two or more resin layers, in which the two or more resin layers comprise a light diffusion layer comprising a light diffusion particle and a thermoplastic resin, and the light diffusion layer is placed at a non-central position in a thickness direction of the resin film. According to the present invention, there can be provided a resin film which allows an image to be excellent in degree of clarity when used in a screen for image display.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
Gradient slow-release active composite film and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a gradient slow-release active composite film and a preparation method thereof. The active composite film, from inside to outside, is composed of an antioxidative hygroscopic internal layer, at least one gradient anti-microbial antioxidative intermediate layer and at least one waterproof external layer; wherein the antioxidative hygroscopic internal layer is prepared by an alcohol-soluble protein-water-soluble protein substrate and a water-soluble antioxidant; the gradient anti-microbial antioxidative intermediate layer is prepared by an alcohol-soluble protein-water-soluble protein substrate and a lipid-soluble plant essential oil and a water-soluble antioxidant, wherein a mass ratio of the alcohol-soluble protein to the water-soluble protein is (1-2):(1-2); and the waterproof external layer is composed of a hydrophobic alcohol-soluble protein layer.

HIGH SPEED ROTATING CRANKCASE VENTILATION FILTER MEDIA AND MEDIA PACK
Filter media and media packs that provide robust performance in high-speed rotating coalescer (HSRC) elements for crankcase ventilation systems are described. The filter media is HSRC filter media. As such, the filter media has a higher resistance to compressibility than traditional coalescer filter media, such as filter media used in low-speed rotating coalescer arrangements or stationary coalescer arrangements.
POLYETHYLENE FILM, LAMINATE AND PACKAGE USING THE SAME
There is provided a polyethylene film and a laminate which can be used to produce a package having high heat resistance, strength and recycling suitability, as an alternative to laminated films conventionally used for a package. The polyethylene film according to the present invention is irradiated with an electron beam on its only one side, wherein crosslink densities in the polyethylene are different between the side irradiated with an electron beam and the other side not irradiated with an electron beam.
Air and Water Barrier Building Panels
A method for improving the air and/or water barrier performance of a building panel is disclosed. The building panel may be a gypsum board or cement board. In particular, the board may have improved resistance to bulk water penetration or permeation while maintaining breathability with respect to water vapor.
Coherent blood coagulation structure of water-insoluble chitosan and water-dispersible starch coating
An absorbent layer for moderating blood flow from a wound has a non-woven fabric layer of water-insoluble chitosan fibers having a coating of water-absorbent starch on at least one face of the fabric layer. The coating of water-absorbent starch penetrates into the fabric layer from a first surface over the chitosan fibers to a depth of at least 25% of the fabric layer of chitosan fibers. The chitosan fibers have average diameters of from 5 to 30 micrometers. The average weight of starch/chitosan may decrease from the first surface from which the starch has penetrated into the fabric to the depth of at least 50% of the fabric layer. The starch may be modified to include hydrophilic groups into or onto molecular chains of the starch.
