The shape retention section and the main section each have a woven structure that allows the shape retention section and the main section to have a higher interlayer bonding strength than the trigger section.

Polydimethylsiloxane sheet, optical element incorporating the same, and manufacturing method thereof

A method of manufacturing a PDMS sheet that ensures good adhesion, handleability and stability to metal thin films or metal patterns of any desired shape. Given a low-molecular-weight siloxane of a cyclic structure represented by [Si(CH.sub.3).sub.2O].sub.k where k is an integer of 3 to 20 inclusive, the polydimethylsiloxane sheet has a structure where the content of the low-molecular-weight siloxane at the pattern-formation surface is more than that of the low-molecular-weight siloxane at the base surface, and a spacing between the adjacent metal patterns is variable by deformation of the polydimethylsiloxane sheet.

A resin board structure includes a first member including a first metal film and one thermoplastic resin layer or a stack which includes two or more thermoplastic resin layers, and a second member including a second metal film. The first and second metal films are bonded together, and at least a portion the first metal film and at least a portion of the second metal film overlap each other. The first and second metal films are metallurgically bonded at an interface between the first metal film and the second metal film. The first member includes a first junction resin covering portion defined by a portion of a thermoplastic resin layer and overlapping a portion at which the first metal film and the second metal film overlap each other, and the first junction resin covering portion includes an uneven surface to reduce or prevent slippage due to ultrasonic vibration.

RUBBER FORMED ARTICLE AND PROTECTIVE GLOVE

A rubber formed article includes a laminate in which a rubber layer of nitrile rubber is laminated on a fiber base material. The nitrile rubber contains a copolymer having 52 to 78% by weight of conjugated diene monomer units, 20 to 40% by weight of ,-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units, and 2 to 10% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer units. Stress at 50% elongation of the laminate is 20 N or smaller. A ratio of an area where rubber is visible when the laminate is viewed from the back side to an area of the laminate is 15% or less. The thickness of the rubber layer is 0.30 mm or less.
