Interior trim component with a three-dimensional shape for a motor vehicle and device and method for producing such an interior trim component
The present invention relates to an interior trim component with a three-dimensional shape, wherein the interior trim component is produced from a single nonwoven material and includes a first surface and a second surface. At least one region that forms the first surface, and at least one first section and at least one second section, each of which forming a part of the second surface, wherein the first section has a first section hardness, H1 and the second section has a second section hardness, H2, and the first section hardness H1 and the second section hardness H2 are different.
MATTRESSES, CUSHIONS, AND BODY-SUPPORT PADS OR MATS WITH DEFORMABLE WALLS HAVING FIBER STRANDS EMBEDDED THEREIN
Mattresses, cushions, and body-support mats or pads include a plurality of layers extending in a depth direction from a resting surface, where the resting surface is capable of supporting user(s), to a lower surface, the lower surface being opposite the resting surface. The plurality of layers include a comfort layer that forms an upper layer proximate to the resting surface, where the comfort layer includes deformable walls separated by voids and the deformable walls include a plurality of fiber strands embedded in a cushioning media.
Decorative panel, and decorative floor covering consisting of said panels
A decorative panel including a core provided with an upper side and a lower side, a decorative top structure affixed, either directly or indirectly, on the upper side of the core, a first panel edge comprising a first coupling profile, and a second panel edge comprising a second coupling profile designed to interlockingly engage with the first coupling profile of an adjacent panel, both in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction. The core comprises at least one wool layer at least partially formed by man-made vitreous fibres bonded together by at least one cured thermoset polymeric binder material. The decorative top structure comprises at least one ceramic layer and/or glaze layer, wherein the decorative top structure is adhered onto the core with a waterproof adhesive.
Floor panel
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
Foam-molded product, method for manufacturing foam-molded product, and method for suppressing appearance defect of foam-molded product
A foam-molded product including a foam layer, and a skin layer covering the foam layer, in which the maximum diameter of bubbles in the foam layer is 0.90 mm or less; and a method for manufacturing a foam-molded product and a method for suppressing an appearance defect of a foam-molded product, including an injection process and a foaming process, wherein the foam-molded product after molding includes a foam layer and a skin layer covering the foam layer, the skin layer having an average thickness of from 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm, and wherein expanding of the volume of the cavity includes performing a core-back process of the mold such that a thickness of the foam-molded product after molding is within 0.2 mm of a predetermined target thickness.
