Multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material includes a two-layer structure; the two-layer structure includes an insulation layer and a first functional layer; the insulation layer and the first functional layer are both made of a rubber-plastic foam material; the first functional layer and the insulation layer are integrally molded by blending extrusion and vulcanization foaming, and the first functional layer and the insulation layer form an integral structure. The multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material provided by the present invention adopts a vulcanization foaming integral molding process, and not only ensures the thermal insulation property of the insulation layer, but also gives the functional layer corresponding functions by selecting different functional polymers, thereby satisfying a variety of personalized needs in engineering applications.
BEARING LAMINATE COMPRISING A FOAM LAYER
A bearing laminate can include a metal support layer, a foam layer overlying the metal support layer, the foam layer including a polymeric foam; and a sliding layer overlying the polymeric foam layer, the sliding layer comprising a polymer matrix. Bearing articles made from the bearing laminate can have exceptional damping properties, such as a high damping ratio combined with a low dynamic stiffness.

Ionic liquid-containing laminate and method for producing same
This ionic liquid-containing laminate includes a porous layer having affinity with ionic liquids (C), said layer holding an ionic liquid-containing liquid (A) within voids therein, and a porous layer lacking affinity with ionic liquids (B). The porous layer having affinity with ionic liquids (C) may include an inorganic material (e.g., metal oxide particles having an average particle size of 0.001 to 10 μm on a number basis). The ionic liquid-containing liquid (A) may include an ionic liquid containing cations selected from ammonium, imidazolium and phosphonium cations, and anions selected from fluorine-containing anions, cyano-containing anions and amino acid-derived anions. The porous layer having affinity with ionic liquids (C) may include 1 to 100 volume parts of the ionic liquid-containing liquid (A) with respect to 100 volume parts of voids therein. The ionic liquid-containing laminate is easily formable, and is able to stably hold (or fix) the ionic liquid while maintaining said liquid in a liquid state.
Climate Chamber with Thermally Insulating Sandwich-Structured Laminate
A method for the development of a thermally insulating sandwich-structured laminate, such as a sandwich-structured laminate of a housing of a climate chamber for the high temperature range, with an internal wall and an external wall, can include the method steps: providing the internal wall, adhering at least one high temperature stable insulation panel onto the internal wall, positioning the external wall with respect to the internal wall such that between the internal wall and the external wall the at least one high temperature stable insulation panel and a hollow volume are developed. The method can further include filling the hollow volume with a PUR foam for the formation of a second rigid foam layer connecting the at least one high temperature stable insulation panel and the external wall.
