A laminated glazing pane is described comprising first and second sheets of glazing material joined by an interlayer structure comprising at least one sheet of adhesive interlayer material. Each sheet of glazing material has respective first and second major surfaces and the laminated glazing is arranged such that the second major surface of the first sheet of glazing material faces the first major surface of the second sheet of glazing material. An illumination device is arranged relative to the first sheet of glazing material to emit light towards the second major surface of the first sheet of glazing material. The first and/or second major surface of the first sheet of glazing material has an array of dots thereon for diffusing light emitted by the illumination device that is transmitted through the first sheet of glazing material and out from the first major surface thereof.

A LABEL FOR A TYRE OF VEHICLE WHEELS, A PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SAID LABEL AND A PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A TYRE INCLUDING SAID LABEL

Abstract: A label (1; 50) for a tyre (100) of vehicle wheels comprises: at least a first layer (4) which is made of an elastomer material which is compatible with the elastomer material of a sidewall (102) of the tyre, an external surface (2) which is intended to remain visible when the label is coupled to the sidewall, a plurality of recesses (10) which are formed at the external surface (2) and which are capable of generally defining at least one portion of information which is set out on the label (1; 50). The elastomer material of which the first layer (4) is made comprises a quantity of a halogenated isobutylene polymer greater than 5 phr.

OPTICAL BIAXIALLY STRETCHED PLASTIC FILM, POLARIZING PLATE, IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD OF SELECTING OPTICAL BIAXIALLY STRETCHED PLASTIC FILM

Provided are an optical biaxially stretched plastic film, a polarizing plate, and an image display device that can suppress blackouts when viewed with polarized sunglasses, polarized goggles or the like without increasing the in-plane phase difference. In addition, a method for selecting an optical biaxially stretched plastic film is provided.

The optical biaxially stretched plastic film has a region satisfying condition 1 and condition 2 below:

<Condition 1> the difference between a luminance obtained in a specific measurement 1 and a luminance obtained in a specific measurement 2 (L1.n−L2.n) is calculated at each of 100 measurement points, and the “luminance difference variation 3σ” calculated from the luminance differences at the 100 measurement points is 100 or more; and
<Condition 2> the in-plane phase difference (Re) is 2500 nm or less.
