METHOD OF PRODUCING COMPONENT BOARD
A method of producing a CF board and an array board includes: a separation film forming process for forming resin substrates on the separation films; a thin film component forming process for forming TFTs and color filters that axe thin film components on the resin removals of fee resin substrates; a determining process for determining whether levels of adhesion between the separation films and the resin substrates are high or low based on image data obtained through capturing of images of the separation films, and a removing process for removing the resin substrates from the supporting substrates if the levels of adhesion are determined low in the determining process.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes a fiber reinforced resin member, a reinforcing member, and a fixer. Thea fiber reinforced resin member at least includes a fragile portion. The reinforcing member covers the fragile portion and reinforces the fragile portion. The fixer fixes the reinforcing member to the fiber reinforced resin member.

BOTTLE CAP STADIUM TABLE
A bottle cap stadium/arena table related to the field of indoor/outdoor furniture. More specifically, a table that mimics a stadium/arena in which sports fans can customize using their own bottle caps. The inventive device includes a table frame with perforated plates that hold decorative bottle caps around the central sporting area that mimics people sitting in the stands; including miniature accessories to depict a particular sporting event (goals, flags). The table, which mimics a miniature stadium/arena, includes a glass tabletop that acts as the table's surface. The table is user customizable to a specific sporting team.
LIGHT WEIGHT TEXTILE STRUCTURE FOR ARC FLASH PROTECTION WITH MINIMUM ARC RATING
Embodiments relate generally to systems and methods for providing protection from arc flash. A material for arc flash protection may comprise a first layer of textile material configured to face an arc flash, the first layer comprising a woven or knitted fabric; and a second layer of textile material configured to face a user's skin, the second layer comprising a quilted fabric having at least one oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber. A method of forming a material for protection from arc flash may comprise providing a first layer of textile material configured to face an arc flash, the first layer comprising a woven or knitted fabric; quilting one or more layers of material to form a second layer of textile material configured to face a user's skin, the second layer comprising at least one oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber; and attaching the first layer to the second layer to form a completed textile.
METHOD FOR FORMING A PANEL, PARTICULARLY SKIN FOR A HOLLOW CORE DOOR, AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A HOLLOW CORE DOOR
This invention relates to a method for forming a panel or skin for a hollow core door, a method of manufacturing a said door, a hollow core door, a panel, and an apparatus for forming a panel and skin for a hollow core door. The method comprises providing a substrate comprising a patterned groove therein; applying a laminating material on the substrate with an adhesive. The method then comprises sealing the substrate with the laminating material thereon in a chamber and providing at least one deformable membrane adjacent the laminating material; removing air from the chamber wherein under vacuum, the deformable membrane deforms into the groove thereby urging the laminating material into the groove; heating the laminating material to facilitate bonding thereof to the substrate; and allowing the substrate with the laminating material thereon to cool so as to form a panel with the laminating material bonded thereto.
Interlocking Wear-Resistant Panel System
A wear panel for mining and materials handling applications is provided. The wear panel includes a housing matrix (1) with a top surface (2), a bottom surface (3) opposite the top surface (2) and at least one cavity (4) with cavity walls (5). The cavity (4) extends through the top surface (2) and the bottom surface (3). The wear panel also includes at least one wear-resistant member (6) with a preformed shape. The at least one wear-resistant member (6) has a top surface (7) and a bottom surface (8) opposite the top surface (7). The wear-resistant members (6) are disposed in the cavity (4) and are locked into place by their preformed shape and the cavity walls (5).
Z-PIN FOR INCREASING DELAMINATION RESISTANCE
A Z-pin for increasing a delamination resistance of continuous fibre-reinforced polymer composites, formed of a composite material including a polymer matrix, and a plurality of fibres embedded in the polymer matrix and aligned along the length direction of Z-pin, the fibres having an elongation at break of at least 2% and a tensile strength of at least 5 GPa, the polymer matrix having an elongation at break equal to or greater than the elongation at break of the fibres, and a tensile strength of at least 120 MPa.
UNDERLAY CUSHIONING SHEET AND WATERPROOF STRUCTURE
An underlay cushioning sheet that is arranged on the surface of a foundation and that has a waterproof coating film formed thereon. The underlay cushioning sheet includes a cushioning layer having an overlay surface and a curing acceleration layer having a coating film formation surface on the opposite side from the overlay surface. A waterproof coating film including a polyurethane resin is formed on the coating film formation surface of the curing acceleration layer by applying a one pack-type liquid waterproofing material. The curing acceleration layer includes a reactive material capable of reacting with the liquid waterproofing material. The reactive material either (1) includes a functional group capable of reacting with an isocyanate included in the liquid waterproofing material or (2) reacts with a latent curing agent included in the liquid waterproofing material and generates a functional group capable of reacting with the components of the liquid waterproofing material.
SEWN FELT COMPOSITE
A felt composite (10) comprises at least one first felt layer (12), a multi-element second felt layer (14) disposed on the first felt layer (12) and comprising at least one first felt form element (16a) and one second felt form element (16b), wherein the first felt form element (16a) has a first edge (20a) and the first felt form element (16a) is sewn up with the first felt layer (12) by means of a first seam (18a) along the first edge (20a), and wherein the second felt form element (16b) has a second edge (20b) running along the first edge (20a) of the first felt form element (16a) and the second felt form element (16b) is sewn up with the first felt layer (12) by means of a second seam (18b) along the second edge (20b).
