REAL WOOD SHEET CAPABLE OF BEING USED FOR AUTOMATIC WRAPPING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REAL WOOD SHEET
A real wood sheet capable of being used for automatic wrapping, the real wood sheet including a wood layer; a mesh layer disposed on a surface of the wood layer; and a flexible layer disposed on a surface of the mesh layer such that the mesh layer is disposed between the wood layer and the flexible layer.
METHOD OF FABRICATING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND METHOD OF SEPARATING SUBSTRATE
Disclosed are methods of fabricating semiconductor devices and methods of separating substrates. The semiconductor device fabricating method comprises providing a release layer between a carrier substrate and a first surface of a device substrate to attach the device substrate to the carrier substrate, irradiating the carrier substrate with an ultraviolet ray to separate the carrier substrate from the release layer and to expose one surface of the release layer, and performing a cleaning process on the one surface of the release layer to expose the first surface of the device substrate. The release layer includes an aromatic polymerization unit and a siloxane polymerization unit.

ULTRA-LIGHT NANOTECHNOLOGY BREATHABLE GOWNS AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A protective garment is constructed with a fibrous material. The fibrous material comprises a first nonwoven layer, a second nonwoven layer, and a nanofiber layer laminated between the first nonwoven layer and the second nonwoven layer. The fibrous material has a mean flow pore size greater than or equal to about 0.02 micron and less than or equal to about 0.5 microns, and a water vapor transmission rate greater than or equal to about 10000 g/m.sup.2/day and less than or equal to about 100000 g/m.sup.2/day. In a method of making a fibrous layer, a first nonwoven layer and a nanofiber layer are provided. A polyurethane reactive resin is applied to the first nonwoven layer in an amount of 2 to 30 g/m.sup.2. The nanofiber layer is then laminated to the first nonwoven layer applied with the polyurethane reactive resin and pressed to form the fibrous layer.
FILM AND WATER STOPPING TAPE
Provided are a film and a water stopping tape that realize long-lasting water stopping properties. The film includes an outermost layer that contains a water-absorbent polymer and a fiber assembly and a substrate layer in this order, in which a degree of out-of-plane swelling of the outermost layer is higher than a degree of in-plane swelling of the outermost layer, and the water stopping tape includes the film.
MEMBRANE DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING CRASH PAD FOR VEHICLE INCLUDING REAL WOOD SHEET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CRASH PAD FOR VEHICLE INCLUDING REAL WOOD SHEET USING MEMBRANE DEVICE
A membrane device for manufacturing a crash pad for a vehicle including a real wood sheet includes a vacuum device main body having a plurality of vacuum holes such that a real wood sheet to be temporarily attached to a core is mounted in the vacuum device main body, a cover having a silicone film to define a vacuum space together with the vacuum device main body, a vacuum module to suck air in the vacuum device main body through the vacuum holes, and a control unit to compress the real wood sheet and the core, which are temporarily attached and mounted on the vacuum device main body, for a preset time by sucking air in the vacuum space through the vacuum holes in a state in which the vacuum device main body is covered by the cover.
