Back panel for a vehicle seat
A back panel for a vehicle seat is described. The back panel may have an upper layer, a lower layer supporting the upper layer, an adhesive layer arranged between the upper layer and the lower layer and fixing the upper layer to the lower layer, and at least one additional panel member welded to the lower layer.
Composite Foam Article
A composite foam article is disclosed herein. The composite foam article comprises a polyurethane foam core presenting a first surface and a second surface facing opposite the first surface. A first skin is disposed on the first surface and a second skin is disposed on the second surface. The first and second skins comprise a plurality of fibers and a polymeric binder. The composite foam article also comprises at least one supplemental layer comprising an ethylene and acrylic acid copolymer dispersed in and/or disposed between any of said aforementioned skins and core.
LEATHER-BASED FOOTWEAR
A footwear includes an upper part attached to a sole. The upper part is formed by at least two footwear defining parts. The at least two footwear defining parts include a vamp and a quarter. At least one of the at least two footwear defining parts are formed by a leather laminate. The leather laminate is formed as a composite laminate having a leather layer laminated to a reinforcing fabric via an adhesive. The leather layer is at least a part of an outer surface of the footwear.
BREATHABLE LAMINATED LEATHER
A leather laminate composite includes a leather layer and reinforcing fabric laminated together via an adhesive. The adhesive includes water vapor passages.
CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE SHEET, LAMINATE, AND HEATING DEVICE
A conductive adhesive sheet includes a first adhesive agent layer, a second adhesive agent layer, and a third layer interposed between the first adhesive agent layer and the second adhesive agent layer, in which the first adhesive agent layer has a storage modulus at 25 degrees C. of less than 2.5×10.sup.5 Pa, the third layer has a storage modulus at 25 degrees C. of 2.5×10.sup.5 Pa or more, and a plurality of conductive linear bodies are arranged to the first adhesive agent layer.
ORTHOPEDIC INSOLES FOR USE IN OPEN FOOTWEAR
A multi-layered orthopedic insole has at least four layers. The first layer is leather, the second layer is molded high-density recycled latex foam, the third layer is a molded, rigid density cork-EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) footbed, and the fourth or bottom layer is moleskin or moleskin coated to provide a natural grip for gripping a shoe insole. The different layers are fused to form the orthopedic insole of the present invention. The third layer of the multi-layered insole is generally thicker than the other layers and includes sidewalls covered in a leather wrap. The multi-layered orthopedic insole is specifically designed to provide comfort and support to a user's foot using the specified materials, shapes, and contours.
Polyethylene Film
A novel film is disclosed comprising porous polyethylene membrane imbibed with a hydrophilic polymer to form a film having excellent durability. The films are useful to produce articles, especially textile laminates that can form waterproof breathable apparel.
ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING 1,4-CYCLOHEXANEDIMETHANOL AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Disclosed are adhesive compositions comprising a polyester polyol that includes residues of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol. Adhesive compositions as described herein exhibit enhanced properties over conventional adhesive compositions, and may be suitable for a wide variety of applications, including, flexible packaging, woodworking, automotive, and electronics.
POLYESTERS COMPRISING 2,2,4,4-TETRAALKYL-1,3-CYCLOBUTANEDIOL
Adhesive compositions comprise a polyester polyol that includes residues of at least one 2,2,4,4-tetraalkylcyclobutan e-1,3-diol, including, for example, 2,2,4,4-tetramethylcyclobutane-1,3-diol (TMCD). Adhesive compositions as described herein exhibit enhanced properties as compared to conventional adhesive compositions, and may be suitable for a wide variety of end use applications, including, flexible packaging, woodworking, automotive uses, and electronics.
LAMINATED SHEET FOR VEHICLE INTERIOR MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Disclosed are a laminated sheet for a vehicle interior material and a method for manufacturing the same. The laminated sheet not only includes a skin surface layer composed of a skin layer made of a liquid resin by using a casting method, thereby providing flexibility to the laminated sheet, but also includes a leather sheet layer and an intermediate layer which are bonded in a flame lamination method, thereby decreasing a peeling strength of the laminated sheet.
