The present invention relates to a polymer latex composition, a method to prepare polymer latex compositions and an article comprising said polymer latex compositions. In particular but not exclusively, the invention relates also to a one-part aqueous contact adhesive comprising said polymer latex compositions. The invention is directed to a method for producing a composite material comprising a biofabricated material and a secondary component. The secondary component may be a porous material, such as a sheet of paper, cellulose, or fabric that has been coated or otherwise contacted with the biofabricated material. The biofabricated material comprises a uniform network of crosslinked collagen fibrils and provides strength, elasticity and an aesthetic appearance to the composite material.

The present invention relates generally to a pillow or cushion having embossing and/or debossing elements, apparatus, system, and a method thereof. More particularly, the invention encompasses an apparatus and a method to create fabric cushion or pillow that can have embossing or debossing or a combination of embossing and debossing on them. The invention further comprises of embossed and/or debossed cushion or pillow, with or without cushion filler or insert. These inventive cushion or pillow can be used for both indoor and outdoor purposes. The cushion or pillow sizes can be standard sizes, but they can also be custom sized for any measurement. Embossing and/or debossing are the processes of creating either raised or recessed relief, image, or design in emboss-able/deboss-able materials. For example, an embossed pattern would be raised against a background, while a debossed pattern would be sunken into the surface of the material.

The present application relates to a protective leather case and a positioning device for protecting a smart terminal. The protective leather case includes a leather layer; an adhesive layer; and a positioning release film including a first release film and a second release film. The leather layer, the adhesive layer and the positioning release film are laminated sequentially. The first release film is provided in a first direction. At least two second release films are provided, and are arranged on both sides of the first release film in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The protective leather case can be used to facilitate accurate positioning and lamination between the protective leather case and the smart terminal.

A composite foam article comprises a foam core layer presenting a first surface and a second surface facing opposite the first surface. A first polymeric bonding layer is disposed on the first surface, one or more first reinforcing layers comprising a plurality of fibers and a polymeric binder are disposed on the first polymeric bonding layer, and a first polymeric containment layer is disposed on the one or more first reinforcing layers. A second polymeric bonding layer is disposed on the second surface, one or more second reinforcing layers comprising a plurality of fibers and a polymeric binder are disposed on the second polymeric bonding layer, and a second polymeric containment layer is disposed on the one or more second reinforcing layers. At least one catch layer comprising particles of carbon is dispersed in and/or disposed between any of the aforementioned layers.

Composite Foam Article

A composite foam article is disclosed herein. The composite foam article comprises a polyurethane foam core presenting a first surface and a second surface facing opposite the first surface. A first skin is disposed on the first surface and a second skin is disposed on the second surface. The polyurethane foam core has a density of 15-80 kg/m.sup.3. The first and second skins comprise a plurality of fibers and a polymeric binder. The composite foam article has a weight per unit area of 500-1000 g/m.sup.2 and a strength of greater than 17 N at a post-compression thickness of greater than 2 mm when tested in according with SAE J949 at 23° C.

Adhesive compositions comprise a polyester polyol that includes residues of at least one 2, 2, 4, 4-tetraalkylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol, including, for example, 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol (TMCD). According to one or more embodiments, a three-dimensional spacer fabric comprises a first knit layer, a second knit layer and monofilament spacer yarns extending between and connecting the first and second knit layers. The first knit layer comprises pillar stitches and lay in stitches working together to form the first knit layer and the second knit layer comprising a mesh fabric formed of a mirrored stitch formation. The spacer fabric has a compression force deflection, as measured by ISO3386-1, in the machine direction (MD) of 10 to 15 kPa. The spacer fabric can be secured to a trim material to form a trim cover.
