The present invention relates to a laminate including a laminated portion constituted of two or more layers including a hard coat layer and a functional layer in contact with the hard coat layer, and a substrate in contact with the hard coat layer, the functional layer being the outermost surface of the laminate: wherein the hard coat layer is a cured product layer of a curable composition containing a polyorganosilsesquioxane and silica particles, the silica particles including a group containing a (meth)acryloyl group on the surface.

A wear-resistant composition which includes a polymeric hot-melt binder system which includes at least one wear-resistant additive which includes diamond particles dispersed therein. A surface covering includes a base layer, a wear-resistant layer, and optionally a topcoat layer. The wear-resistant layer is laminated to the base layer. The wear-resistant layer may be formed by dispersing a plurality of wear-resistant additive particles, which include diamonds, into a liquid to form a stable liquid dispersion, blending the stable liquid dispersion into a polymeric resin to form a mixture, and extruding the mixture to form the wear layer.

A sound insulating material, a sound insulating plate, and a partition structure of a train carriage are provided. The sound insulating material comprises the following components in weight ratio: 2-8 parts of tricalcium silicate; 4-10 parts of calcium hydroxide; 10-30 parts of aluminosilicate; 4-10 parts of alumina; 5-15 parts of iron oxide; 10-30 parts of a binder; and 5-10 parts of a curing agent, wherein the binder is at least two of lithium silicate, sodium silicate and calcium silicate; the curing agent is at least one of lithium oxide, magnesium oxide and silica; and the mixture of the aluminosilicate, alumina and iron oxide expands at 1000 C.-1350 C. to form particles. The sound insulating plate made of this material is lightweight and has a sound insulation capacity of 35-42 dB.
