20170190146 · 2017-07-06 ·

The present invention relates to the technical field of waterproof materials, and particularly to a high-strength wind-resistant skid-resistant waterproof underlayment. The high-strength wind-resistant skid-resistant waterproof underlayment comprises a first non-woven fabric layer, a first film layer, a first asphalt layer, a gridding cloth layer, a second asphalt layer, a second non-woven fabric layer, a second film layer and a third non-woven fabric layer laminated successively; the first film layer and the second film layer are waterproof elastic films respectively. The object of the present invention is to provide a high-strength wind-resistant skid-resistant waterproof underlayment. The waterproof underlayment formed by structures such as a first film layer and a second film layer and the like can be fixed through nails on a roof made of a wood structure, etc., and the construction is quick, convenient, and labor-saving, and the waterproofness is good.

Chemical resistant waterproofing membranes

Chemical resistant waterproofing laminate membranes are formed by bonding an aluminum film or foil between two substantially vapor-impervious films with a chemical resistant bonding agent or adhesive such as cured liquid silicone rubber. The chemical resistant bonding agent resists delamination and deterioration of the laminate membrane caused by solvents and chemically reactive materials found in brownfield sites.

ROOFING MEMBRANES HAVING MULTIPLE ADHESIVE REGIONS AND METHOD THEREFOR

A roofing membrane may include a main body, a first material, and a second material. The first material may be bonded to the main body and positioned toward a first edge thereof. The second material may be bonded to the main body and positioned toward a second edge thereof. The second edge may be positioned opposite the first edge such that the first and second materials are positioned toward opposite edges of the main body. At least one of the first material or the second material may include a first reactive material of a chemically reactive two-part cure system that is configured to chemically react upon contact of the first reactive material with a second reactive material of the chemically reactive two-part cure system.

Polyurethanes, articles and coatings prepared therefrom and methods of making the same

The present invention provides polyurethanes including a reaction product of components including: (a) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; (b) about 0.05 to about 0.9 equivalents of at least one branched polyol having 4 to 18 carbon atoms and at least 3 hydroxyl groups; and (c) about 0.1 to about 0.95 equivalents of at least one diol having 2 to 18 carbon atoms, wherein the reaction product components are essentially free of polyester polyol and polyether polyol and the reaction components are maintained at a temperature of at least about 100 C. for at least about 10 minutes, compositions, coatings and articles made therefrom and methods of making the same.

Self-adhered roofing systems and methods

Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to roofing systems. In some embodiments, the roofing system includes a deck, a roofing material, and an underlayment configured to be positioned between the roofing material and the deck. In some embodiments, the underlayment comprises a foil layer and an adhesive layer that is attached to the foil layer and configured to be attached to the deck. Methods of manufacturing roofing systems are also disclosed.

A roofing and/or siding material having a resulting reflectivity of at least about 50%. The roofing and/or siding material includes a modified bitumen sheet/membrane, a fiber reinforcement layer and a reflective polymer layer material. The reflective polymer layer material includes polyvinyl fluoride.

Self-adhesive waterproof coiled material of super-strong cross laminated film and preparation process

The present invention relates to a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material of a super-strong cross laminated film, comprising sequentially from top to bottom: an isolation protection layer, a non-asphalt-based self-adhesive layer, a strong cross laminated film, an asphalt self-adhesive layer and a PE isolation film. One side of the upper surface of the coiled material is provided with an overlap edge, and the other side of the lower surface of the coiled material is also provided with an overlap edge. The waterproof coiled material provided in the present invention has better adhesive property with post-cast concrete than an asphalt-based coiled material, and can be better bonded to a main body structure (i.e., pre-paving anti-sticking coiled material); the strong cross laminated film in the middle of the coiled material has good ductility, so that when the base layer slightly subsides or the main body structure is slightly deformed, the coiled material can continue to be well bonded to the main body structure and would not be separated; and a good waterproof effect thus can be achieved.

Disclosed are a functional film for enhancing the bonding strength of a polymeric film and asphalt size and a preparation method thereof. The functional film includes a polymeric film layer and a performance improvement layer, the performance improvement layer includes a viscous layer and a passivation layer, and a layer number of the viscous layer and a layer number of the passivation layer are not 0 simultaneously. By arranging the performance improvement layer, the low-temperature peeling strength of the polymeric film layer and an asphalt size layer is effectively improved by utilizing the bonding strength of the performance improvement layer and the polymeric film layer and the good bonding force of the performance improvement layer and the asphalt size layer, and the problem that the bonding performance of an existing polymeric film and an asphalt size layer is obviously reduced in a low-temperature environment is solved.
