METHOD FOR PRODUCING NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET, METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOTOR CORE, AND MOTOR CORE
In the production of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by subjecting a steel slab having a certain component composition to a hot rolling, a hot-band annealing, a cold rolling and a finish annealing, the conditions of the finish annealing are controlled such that a yield stress of the steel sheet after the finish annealing is not less than 480 MPa. Also, when a motor core is produced by using the above steel sheet, there can be provided a non-oriented electrical steel sheet capable of producing a rotor core and a stator core as the same raw material where the stator core is subjected to a stress relief annealing at a soaking temperature of 780 to 950° C. in an atmosphere having a nitrogen content of not more than 30 vol % and a dew point of not higher than −20° C., while a motor core is produced with such a steel sheet.
Surface treatments of electrical steel core devices
An electric machine includes a plurality of planar laminations stacked to form an electrical steel rotor having openings defining magnet pockets and adjacent inner side pockets. The adjacent inner side pockets define a center bridge therebetween and have blasted surface portions such that compressive stress layers are induced along edges of the center bridge to strengthen the center bridge.
CUTTING ELEMENT FOR A SAW CHAIN AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A cutting member for a saw chain and a method for the production thereof, the cutting member comprising a support part made of a steel alloy and a cutting part welded to the support part along a welding connection made of a high speed steel. The steel alloy of the support part is a tool steel that has the following composition (specifications in % by weight):
TABLE-US-00001 Carbon (C) 0.4 to 1.0 Silicon (Si) up to 1.8 Manganese (Mn) up to 0.6 Chromium (Cr) 4.5 to 12 Molybdenum (Mo) up to 3 Vanadium (V) up to 2
Iron (Fe) and accompany elements caused by melting and impurities as the remainder. The steel alloy of the support part in a quenched and tempered state has a hardness of more than 600 HV and a tensile strength of more than 2000 MPa as a result of curing at a suitable temperature above the austenitizing temperature of the high speed steel.
STEEL SHEET FOR HOT PRESS FORMED MEMBER HAVING EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO HYDROGEN DELAYED FRACTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
Provided is a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent resistance to hydrogen delayed fracture, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for a hot press formed member comprises: a base steel sheet; an aluminum alloy plating layer on a surface of the base steel sheet; and an oxide layer which is formed on a surface of the plating layer and has a thickness of 0.05 μm or more.
Method and device for producing a continuous strip-shaped composite material
A method and a device for producing a continuous strip-shaped composite material. The device has at least one first casting machine, using which a continuous strand is produced, in particular from steel, at least one rolling stand, which is arranged in line with the first casting machine and downstream thereof. A fully solidified slab of the strand produced using the first casting machine can be hot rolled, and at least one second casting machine, using which a further continuous strand is produced from metal. Between the casting machines, on the one hand, and the rolling stand, on the other hand, a merging unit is arranged, by means of which the slabs can be moved in the direction toward each other in the hot state. The rolling stand is designed as a roll-cladding unit, by which a composite formed from the merged slabs can be hot rolled.
