The present invention provides an iron-aluminum-based plated steel sheet, and a manufacturing method therefor, the iron-aluminum-based plated steel sheet comprising a base steel sheet and a plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the alloy plated layer comprises: a diffusion layer comprising an Fe—Al-based intermetallic compound having a cubic structure; and an alloyed layer formed on the diffusion layer and composed of an alloy phase differing from that of the cubic structure, the thickness of the diffusion layer is 3-20 μm, and the thickness of the diffusion layer is greater than 50% of the total thickness of the plated layer.
Hot-Formed Previously Welded Steel Part with very High Mechanical Resistance and Production Method
A welded steel part with a very high mechanical strength is provided. The welded steel part is obtained by heating followed by hot forming, then cooling of at least one welded blank obtained by butt welding of at least one first and one second sheet. The at least one first and second sheets including, at least in part, a steel substrate and a pre-coating which includes an intermetallic alloy layer in contact with the steel substrate, topped by a metal alloy layer of aluminum or aluminum-based alloy. A method for the fabrication of a welded steel part and the fabrication of structural or safety parts for automotive vehicles are also provided.
HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Disclosed is a steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition and a steel microstructure that contains, in area ratio, 35% or more and 80% or less of polygonal ferrite and 5% or more and 25% or less of martensite, and that contains, in volume fraction, 8% or more of retained austenite, in which the polygonal ferrite, the martensite, and the retained austenite have a mean grain size of 6 μm or less, 3 μm or less, and 3 μm or less, respectively, and each have a mean grain aspect ratio of 2.0 or less, and in which a value obtained by dividing an Mn content in the retained austenite in mass % by an Mn content in the polygonal ferrite in mass % equals 2.0 or more.
STEEL SHEET FOR HOT PRESS FORMED MEMBER HAVING EXCELLENT COATING ADHESION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
The present invention relates to a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent coating adhesion, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for hot press forming according to one aspect of the present invention is an aluminum alloy plated steel sheet, wherein an average Fe content in a plating layer may be 40 wt % or more, and a concentration gradient of a section having a Fe content of 45 wt % to 80 wt % in the plating layer may 7 wt %/μm or less of a concentration gradient at a section having an Fe content of 45% to 80% in the plating layer in a thickness direction from a surface of the plating layer according to a result of GDS analysis.
Method for hot-dip coating of a steel flat product
A method which allows process-stable hot-dip coating of Ni-alloy steel flat products in a cost- and resource-effective manner, including the following steps: a) provision of a steel flat product obtained by cold- or hot-rolling; b) within 1-30 s, heating the steel flat product to a holding temperature between 700 and 1100° C., under a heating atmosphere of N2; c) holding the steel flat product at the holding temperature for a holding duration of 10-120 s under a holding atmosphere of N2; d) cooling the steel flat product from the holding temperature to a strip inlet temperature of 430-800° C.; and e) passing the steel flat product through an inlet zone, in which an inert or reducing inlet atmosphere predominates, and passing the steel flat product through a melt bath, wherein TP1>TP2>TP4.

A ferritic stainless steel sheet comprises a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.030% or less, Si: 3.0% or less, Mn: 1.0% or less, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 11.0% to 30.0%, Al: 8.0% to 20.0%, Ni: 0.05% to 0.50%, N: 0.020% or less, and at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr: 0.01% to 0.20% and Hf: 0.01% to 0.20%, with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.

A hot-pressed member having excellent bending collapsibility, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing a steel sheet for the hot-pressed member. The hot-pressed member includes a steel sheet as a base material, the steel sheet having a specified chemical composition. The hot-pressed member has a microstructure in which a martensite microstructure is present in a volume fraction of 70% or greater, and a number density of inclusions having a longest diameter of 25 μm or greater is 0.02/mm.sup.2 or less. The hot-pressed member has a tensile strength of 1.8 GPa or greater.

A high-strength hot-pressed part having a specified chemical composition, a microstructure including, in terms of volume fraction, 80% or more of a martensite phase, in a range of 3.0% to 20.0% of a retained austenite phase, a tensile strength TS of 1500 MPa or more, and a uniform elongation uEl of 6.0% or more. A method for manufacturing the high-strength hot-pressed part, the method comprising performing a heating process and a hot press forming process on a raw material steel sheet in order to obtain a hot-pressed part having a specified shape.
